Not happy with the chap that did my…
Not happy with the chap that did my test on 19th july 2024 in the Burgess Hill branch. He never introduced himself, was very unpleasant and grumpy through out the test, and he never gave me a summary of the test. I shall go to specsavers next time.

Absolutely amazing service with great care & understanding shown.
Absolutely amazing service with great care & understanding shown. Not being able to hear very well can cause much anxiety but the audiologist spoke very clearly & made show I could understand what was being said & made me feel comfortable & showed much empathy. The speed from the first appointment & hearing test to getting hearing aids that are right for me & make a huge difference to my everyday life was also impressive also.
