Boots Hearingcare - Bury St Edmunds Avis 

From the Boots app I was offered a 15 min consultation. From here it was found I needed my right ear de-waxed.
After this I had a full hearing test and it was determined I need hearing aids, which I had fitted a few days later.
All through the process I was made to feel at ease, with the Boots audiologist explaining all of the process in a friendly, calm and professional manner.

On time, unhurried, knowledgeble and professional.

Thorough examination of my hearing, gave a comprehensive assessment of the hearing aids required. Ran through the set up on the app and on the hearing aids. Very efficient and impressive service from Giovanni Nanni.

Purchased hearing aids from Boots in Bury St Edmunds 2 weeks ago.
Not happy with them.
Made a call at 1.45pm today and was given an appointment for 3.30pm today. Arrived early for appointment.
Greeted by Giovanni and gave him my list of issues. He dealt with every question/ issue with a clear understanding and explanation and gave me answers to all.
I left Boots a very happy man and better still I left before my actual appointment time.
1st class !!
I know I could have paid less for my hearing aids on the Internet, would I have got my issues fixed in less than an hour,I don't think so.
Service and peace of mind costs money but its worth it.

I booked an appointment for my mother who is struggling with her hearing. I would not recommend booking a hearing test at Boots if you’re not going to purchase their hearing aids. The demeanour of the Boots representative certainly changed when he realised this. He became quite abrupt with my mother and I’m glad I was there, let’s just say my sister would not have been as tolerant as me. Manners don’t cost anything.
