From the minute I made the appointment to see the audiologist at Boots in Coventry (lower precinct) I was treated so well. The staff were very friendly and polite. Upon meeting the audiologist who again was polite and friendly who explained a step by step guide to what will happen in my appointment. Her explanatin of what she was doing was easy to follow and understand. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and the treatment I received from your audiologist.(Gayathn Ganesh)

Gayathri has looked after me wonderfully well for years with super service and expert advice.

I cannot recommend the care given at Boots enough and my audiologist, Gi Gi has been so patient and kind, taking the time to listen and help with adjustments I've needed. Lovely lady. Ann Butler

I cannot praise Gayathri Ganesh highly enough for her professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. I especially welcomed her empathy for me when I was trying to deal with purchasing new hearing aids in the early months after my husband’s passing. I had a few issues making sure my new hearing aids were just as I wanted and at each appointment she sorted matters out for me and took time to listen to any concerns I had and addressed them. I have found GG to be very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my hearing aids. I would recommend Boots hearing care for any age group.

Had appointment arranged in lower precinct Coventry for my 91 yr old mother in law, took her by car in to town, got to the shop where we were told Audiologist had gone home, I was absolutely disgusted as we had no notification and this is not the first time this has happened. In my experience Boots need to up their game as it is always to hard to get appointments within a month.

Easy booking, professional staff, recommended hearing aids, too expensive for me to afford so spoke to GP. Follow up appt with NHS audiology service said that hearing aids were not recommended

GG at Coventry Precinct is a star! My Mum is frail, aged 87. GG took time to explain her review and what it involved, she checked that my mother understood and felt happy with the process. She patiently worked through and ensured we both were clear with the assessment results, and the next steps. We were asked questions, because GG had made us feel comfortable. Thank you!

A very nice and informative person was able to help me make the right decisions. The newer technology, although slightly more expensive made a lot of sense.

Let me start out by saying the young woman who dealt with me was first class, pleasant, and professional her name was Gayathri and I have nothing but praise for her.
The facilities at Coventry Boots on the other hand are really poor.
The waiting area consists of 2 dining room type chairs just left on the lower shop floor of a large Boots shop. The chairs are situated at the end of an aisle displaying nappies etc and the space for waiting outside a door clearly marked for Hearing Appointments is shared with the general public out doing their shopping. No separation of any sort and absolutely no privacy. There is even a large chunk missing out of the ceiling in the area as well. There is also a constant very loud and intrusive sound track playing which adds to the horrible environment. I have emailed Boots but received absolutely ne response prior to leaving this review. I really would have expected better from Boots, not exactly a small organisation.

The lady at the Coventry branch is so professional and helpfull.

From start to finnish, the lady's advice, helps you to decide, the correct hearing aids, and the 3 meetings after your purchase, are so helpful also,

Very helpful and knowledgeable audiologist nothing was to much trouble

I recently purchased an omega-3 supplement for my 7-year-old daughter at the Boots store in Coventry. Upon reading the ingredients later, I discovered it contained gelatin, which is not permissible in our Muslim faith. The product was unopened, and I attempted to return the product the very next day with the receipt to request a refund. However, I was informed that their policy does not allow refunds on this item.

What made the experience worse was the dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the manager Athena who showed little understanding or empathy. Now, I am left with a product I cannot use, and my money has gone to waste. This could have easily been resolved with a more customer-focused approach.

I hope Boots reconsiders its rigid policies and provides Athena with better training to handle such situations respectfully. Customers should feel valued, especially when they present valid concerns like religious or dietary restrictions.

GG was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. She really gave my mum the time she needed and understood the psychological impact of the hearing test and results. I recommend her without any hesitation.

I attended with my father on 26/3 for a hearing test at Central six . I was told if we had any questions or wanted to go ahead with the order of a private hearing aid to call. I called in excess of 9 times and each time was told the audiologist would call back- which didn’t happen. As a last resort we rebooked at another Boots store to ask a few questions and placed the order and paid a deposit . We agreed an appointment for the fitting on 7/5 which has now been cancelled as the audiologist is now not available. We have rescheduled for 21/5 with yet another audiologist. We are not happy with the service and are considering cancelling the whole thing and taking our business elsewhere.

This is the first time I have been for a hearing test. They were very professional and explained everything well x
