Boots Hearingcare - Derby Avis 

I had hearing appointment today with Riddhi at Boots in Derby. For anyone wanting hearing advice I totally recommend making an appointment with her as she is absolutely lovely with such a pleasant and caring personality. I was impressed with how thorough she was at explaining about the different hearing aids and was not pushy in any way which I found extremely helpful.
Well done Boots for employing a member of staff who offers excellent customer service and as such someone that I would have no hesitation in recommending. If I could score I would give her 11 out of 10. MANY THANKS RIDDHI.

The lady I dealt with (Rhiddi) was very helpful and although it took a few visits to get my hearing aids right, she was very patient and helpful.
One of the in ear aids is very secure, the other one not quite so good, but I think we got to the best fit for me eventually.

I had my hearing test in Derby, the lady I saw was called Riddhi Hansraj, she was really nice, I never felt pressured with any decision I had to make, she was brilliant.
The reason I cancelled was for financial reasons not because I was unhappy with the hearing aids themselves or the aftercare.
If my circumstances change I will definitely be in touch with Boots in the future.

Riddhi has been absolutely fantastic. I was quite nervous about the whole process but she explained everything thoroughly and make it really easy to understand. Very quick and efficient service.

OnceI had decided to have mh hearing checked I was quickly offered an appointment and had my aids three wirking days later.
My test results were clearly explained as were the aids appropriate for me.
The follow up appointment was thorough and the whole process was friendly and professional.

Both myself and & my husband felt really well informed during test & afterwards.
Which gave us great understanding of our individual needs .We had a full explanation of the different aids & their performance. My husband is thrilled with the difference hearing aids have made. I was able to try some aids but as my loss is minimal chose not to have them this time.
Being able to take advantage of 1yr interest free payments really suited us too.

I had appointment for wax removal in my ears. I was told to use an Earol to ease the wax for couple of days and to come back afterwards so I did. Earol made my ears completely blocked, which was really scary. I couldn't wait to get rid of wax and stuff. In the morning of the second appointment I got a text message that it was cancelled. In the state my hearing was at that point I rebooked for the same day for hearing check. When I arrived, I was told the person doing ear wax removal was off sick and there is no one to do it apart somebody in the pharmacy. They refused as they were busy. So there I was, completely deaf on 1 ear and half deaf on the other. It was my holiday finishing and I was due back to work next day which include busy front desk. Do NOT use Boots.

The lady was kind proficient and when I put in my new hearing aids the difference was incredible.

Very good advise

Had visited Specsavers hearing for a free test and was left feeling worried - they'd tried the hard sell. If they had their way, I'd have been walking out considerably poorer, with equipment I did not need.
Went to get essentially a 2nd Opinion from Boots Derby and while they did notice some age related deterioration, no need yet for hearing aids and to come back in for a review at a future date. Felt Boots were honest, objective and trustworthy. Will use them for future hearing assessments.

Last year we had to buy hearing aids, we saw a wonderful young lady who was helpful, listened to what was needed and then went through the whole process of what would be best for my husbands needs for both work and social situations. Riddhi assured us that if we had any problems we could get help from the team.
This year we turned up for our yearly review and we saw Riddhi again. Yet again she was brilliant.
Wanted to say to the Boots management team what a great staff member they truly have. It’s nice to have continuity from one year to the next with the same staff member, now a days we get passed around from one member to another and the personal care can get lost in the process.
I want to congratulate both Boots for looking after their staff making the work place a happy place and Riddhi for being a positive staff member.

I got an appointment quite quickly, and everything was explained very easily. I had a thorough hearing test and further appointments explained.

I have been a customer at Boots Hearing Care in the Derbion Centre Derby for many years. I have profound

Boots gave me a very thorough examination which I was very pleased about. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was a good experience ,the Audiologist Kamran Ahmed,was so good at explaining everything, putting me easeand making it so simple to understand choosing the correct Hearing Aid
