Service is very good when you can get in. I was sent a reminder by post which arrived after the appointment date although I had already had a text message cancelling it. The next appointment available at my local store was not for a month.

Clear concise communication. The pros and cons of each type and make of hearing aid were explained. The assesment room was clean and tidy. The audiologist was nicely turned out. She explained every step.

Absolutely Disgusted.All went good for the first 3…
All went good for the first 3 appointments .balance for hearing aids was paid in full.l was satisfied with the aids quality, and price. I was not shown how to care and maintain the aids but no problem l would hopefully get shown on my next appointment. Next appointment made for the 15th July Was cancelled .As was the next 3 appointments. 4 months later l requested a refund which was refused ,as l was past the 90 day cooling off period. I replied that the reason l Was past the 90 days Was their fault because of ALL the cancellations. The next day I was offered a full refund.
Boots did not provide the service as promised.
Looking at other reviews l saw that this was an on going issue past and present.

Well looked after,
The young man who looked after us was very good and explained everything in a simple and straightforward way.
Don't be deceived by looks!
The hearing room is tucked away in a corner of the first floor of the shop, and first appearances are very uninviting! However, once in side the specialist was a very caring person, in that she we very focussed on making sure I had the right levels of hearing aid for my level of hearing loss. She explained very thoroughly about how to use them and I was even allowed to walk around the shop and shopping centre to be sure the settings uploaded were correct and comfortable for me. She also followed up later on some other points i had raised.
I have my follow-up visit in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to it. I hope this level of care continues!
Aftercare Service - I wish!
One of my hearing aids isn’t working. The soonest available appointment is 5 weeks away. I really don’t think this is acceptable.

Lovely lady
Lovely lady. Doesn't force you to buy hearing aid. Even thou it's expensive but going try it next week. Just hoping the heating aid will benefit me. I wearing national health one. I not happy with it. Been told try private hearing aid. I can't wait for next Monday.
