First Cloass Service!
After an intial hearing test, returned for a full test.
Politely received and booked in.
The Audiologist was excellent. Fully explained the procedures that were to follow and to how they would be completed. Tests were done in a warm, friendly manner.
Upon completion, explained the results in lay-man's terms.
Advised of the aids that were available together with prices. No hard sell and only advised the benefits of each model. Demonstrated with the model I had picked so I could feel the aid in place.
Left in a very confident mood, having been given a totally First Class Service.

Amazing and very helpful
It was easy to book. Gary made me be at ease and all so painless. Being able to try one on as well, was extremely helpful. There was no pushing , it was left for me to think and decide.
