I ARRIVED FROM NORTH AYRSHIRE TO GLASGOW SAUCIEHALL STREET BOOTS! AN HOURS JOURNEY AND ONE BUS PER HOUR! 11.30 APPOINTMENT BOOKED AND CONFIRMED!
ARRIVED STAFF IN DISARRAY SOMEBODY WENT SICK SO TRIED TO EXCUSE BY SAYING APPOINTMENT WASN'T BOOKED? AHEM! WHY ARE MY DETAILS IN YOUR SYSTEM THEN? DONT MAKE UP SILLY EXCUSES AS YOUR WORDS WERE VERBATIM " WHAT A NIGHTMARE YOUR THE 2ND PERSON TO TURN UP"
I EXPLAINED I WAS ALREADY A WEARER OF NHS HEARING AIDS BUT WANTED TO HAVE A TEST AND DISCUSS OPTIONS FOR MORE ADVANCED!
AGAIN VERBATIM "OH WELL YOU NEED TO HAVE BOOKED AN ADVANCE HEARING ASSESSMENT" EXCUSE ME? I DID AS THE ON LINE BOOKING FORM SUGGESTED TO WHICH IT THEN WENT ON AND ALLOWED ME TO SELECT AN APPOINTMENT!
BASICALLY I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY WISHING TO THINK ABOUT USING BOOTS! BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TRAVEL OUT OF YOUR WAY AS LIKE ME IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL WASTED JOURNEY! THEY NEED TO SPEND MORE OF THEIR MARKETING BUDGET ON STAFF TRAINING NOT ADVERTISING SERVICES THEY JUST CANNOT PROVIDE!
HOW BOOTS GETS 4.7 ON HERE IS TO ME SIMPLY BAFFLING! THEY DO NOTHING FOR FREE SO ITS ALL GEARED TO YOU PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS! WELL I CERTAINLY WONT BOTHER THEIR ARE WAY MORE COMPETENT PROVIDERS OUT ON THE MARKET SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BOOTS! THEY ARE BETTER STICKING TO COSMETICS AND PERFUMES!
