An Excellent Experience.
I ve had many Assessments in my life for eyes and ears and found Michàels assessment of my ears outstanding .
His experience in depth was unparallelled but he wore it lightly and reduced explanations thoughtfully, being very keen that I should be
jointly part of his understanding.Equally he probed kindly for my views. I cannot really say how grateful I am to him for a human approach to a necessarily technical experience. I am thrilled to collect my hearing aids Monday at 4 o c which I know will be perfect for me.

It was very informative
It was very informative. The chap took his time and was very knowledgeable. The ten minutes trial with hearing aids was very helpful. I'm going back to have hearing aids fitted in a few days time

I had first class care at Boots Hayle Cornwall.From the very beginning,Michael the in house audiologist, explained in full, the medical care I would be afforded. Accurate, testing, and a choice of hearing aids that has transformed my hearing impairment.On our arrival home, I could for the first time in many months hear the bird song.So very grateful Thank you for all your expertise.
