The Audiologist was very helpful
The Audiologist was very helpful. He explained to me, in which areas my hearing was lacking. He then explained how hearing aids could help with that - as I was missing out on hearing what others were saying to me, and was finding it frustrating. He also demonstrated the difference to me. It was quite amazing!
He then gave me advice on which hearing aids might be more helpful for me. Altogether it was a very good experience - and I look forward to collecting my new hearing aids.

Excellent service
Excellent service. My hearing test was explained every step of the way. I was able to see the results on the computer screen, and now understand the sections of speech I’m missing out on. I was able to take a 15 minute browse around the store wearing hearing aids, which enabled me to understand what it would be like to have a set myself.
