Efficient, pleasant, stress free.
All the staff here- opticians and hearing specialist- were really efficient from when I first walked in, just to see what they offered hearing wise, to making and confirming my appointment and then customer service today. Punctual to the minute, Andrew the hearing specialist explained the procedure - what he would check and what he might not- and carried out the test. What I liked was the simple explanation plus graphics and a confirmed follow up timescale. Whole store was a relaxed atmosphere and whilst I was there they also dealt with another customer's glasses issue very professionally. Can't fault it.
