Had a thorough hearing test, which was done with professionalism, very informative. Very pleasant lady , answered all my questions plus more. Explained everything to me. Didnt think i was that bad until i tried on some hearing aids, what a difference that made. Came away with a pair, pleased so far.

Happy with my hearing aids
The hearing test was thorough and the results clearly explained to me by the audiologist. The options for hearing aids was also clearly explained. I was not put under any pressure to purchase anything and left to think about my next steps. I decided which hearing aids I wanted and arranged to purchase them. The fitting and explanation of aftercare was excellent. Really happy with my hearing aids. Understanding what people are saying without having to guess words or asking people to repeat themselves is a refreshing change.

Took my mother to boots for a hearing test which showed she has hearing loss and then for a fitting for hearing aids. Fast, effective and friendly.
