The audiologist was brilliant
The audiologist was brilliant, very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The pricing structure is ridiculous and unclear and when I raised a related complaint there was no-one in customer services who could resolve it. I am now waiting for a response within Boots 10 day resolution deadline.
