What care and understanding can do
Veena at Boots Peterborough was really caring and understanding and talked us through the whole process as this was something quite new to us and a sensitive subject for my husband to deal with. I'm so glad I chose Boots - five star service
I'd already researched hearing aid providers and Boots came out with very favourable reviews - now I can see why. The two hearing tests I had were very thorough and carried out really professionally. I was given clear and detailed explanations about the condition of my hearing and the possible solutions. The hearing aids recommended have (so far) proved to be the best I have ever worn. There's a follow-up session already booked in and Boots thoughtfully sent me an email with useful tips and links to videos showing how to clean the hearing aids and change the wax filters. I should add that the Boots colleague I met was excellent in the way she conducted the meetings and gave me confidence she was fully committed to ensuring I had all the facts so I could make an informed decision.

Excellent Staff plus Excellent Offer
The audiologist, Zeena, was superb. Very knowledgeable with an easy and friendly yet professional manner. I was guided through a comprehensive test of my hearing followed by an explanation of the results. The decision to buy was not difficult and made easier by the offer available on the day.
