From initial assessment to full test and review Maimona Patel has been excellent and can't speak too highly about the advice and guidance she has given me leaving no stone unturned on the way to selecting my hearing aids.

Stephanie initially then Maimona gave a superb service. Listened carefully to issues, asked probing questions to determine issues. Then gave comprehensive explanation of hearing test results. Also great advice on excessive wax treatment. Fantastic service with customer treatment issues prioritised. Feeling of complete trust unlike other similar services attempting to hard sell hearing aids. Highly recommended.

I am a health professional myself and this was my second visit to check how I was getting on with my newly fitted Phonak hearing aids. Both this and my first visit were well handled by a clearly experienced professional audiologist, Maimona, who explained all aspects of the aids to my full satisfaction and was very helpful and informative. Previously I had used an NHS aid which although helpful was nowhere near as good as my new aids which are also less fiddly to maintain.

My hearing test and examination was extremely thorough . My results were shown and discussed with me and my wife and we were both pleasantly surprised by how accurate they were . My options around my requirements were explained in great detail and picking my best option was made easy .I have had my hearing aids for 3 weeks now and in my recent follow - up Assessment I was able to discuss my experience so far , was given sound advice on how to deal with any problems and was given a firm date for my 1 year review.

Good hearing aids tend to be expensive no matter where you go so service and professionalism are the deciding factors and the care and skill given to my elderly mother by Maimona & Stephanie has been first class. They are good people, people you can trust.
