Went for my eye test and everything was clearly explained. Saw Lynnne who did the eye scans, Sarah was the optometrist and Jonny helped with the choosing of my glasses. All were very professional.

Cannot book an appointment
Cannot book an appointment even tho every year I go to Wimborne, bought hearing aids and now they expect me to travel 20 mile round trip - disgusting service do not use them

A good decision
The son of a neighbour, an audiologist himself, advised me to go to Boots in Wimborne. He was right. My hearing test was thorough and very professional. The subsequent detailed explanation of the state of my hearing was professional and informative. I was given a thorough description of the aids available and one was tried and is now on order. Needless to say but important, the audiologist was friendly and helpful.
I would strongly recommend Boots Wimborne as the place to go to.
