Why am I getting Boots hearing aid adds constantly?
I've received 4 yes 4 in the past 3 hours!!
Many over recent days, so annoying and doesn't appear to be an unsubscribe facility.

Efficient, friendly audiologist who tested my hearing in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Dissatisfaction with the attitude of the audiologist.
The attitude of the audiologist was very abrupt and lacked empathy to the extent I was ready to walk out of the appointment. She did not explain the hearing tasks adequately and lacked personality when dealing with an elderly customer who was spending a large amount on hearing aids.

Really professional.
Joe Thompson was very understanding and professional . He took time to make me feel comfortable and to understand the full hearing test process. He was not at all pushy to sell any hearing aids and I took time to select the product I wanted.
