Impressed customer
Quick responses, good prices and very tidy work. Useful advice and suggestions without any pressured upselling. Will be my first port-of call when I get to upgrading my other wardrobes

Good quality Product
Product is amazing.
Waiting time, was long but average for anything you order in NZ.
Communication could improve. I had to chase them up for dates and times, a little disappointing considering the price of the product.

We're sorry you experienced a long wait time but this is, as you point out, unfortunately a reality in our industry at present, with high demand and product import delays etc. It is definitely dissapointing that you feel you had to chase for dates and times, we are constantly reviewing our internal processes and will take your feedback into account.
Seamless
Excellent communication, incredibly responsive and managed expectations around delays that were out of their control. Any issue, e.g. the drawers were not quite correct, was fixed promptly. We love our new built in wardrobe and would recommend Boston Wardrobes to anyone

I love my completed wardrobes!
I love my completed wardrobes and recommend Boston Wardrobes. The process was clear, the consultants great and the finished product wonderful. The 4 star rating is because an installer drilled through some plumbing in the wardrobe wall and this caused a delay in install and incurred a plumbers bill.

Technically the wardrobe works very well, strong and no complaints at all but I didn't like the design you offered at first and I changed it before you built it.
What I would improve is the designer

Friendly, helpful and great wardrobes!!! Would recommend if you are looking to upgrade existing wardrobes in house.
