Coolest pair of Doc Martens arrived in time
The boots are pretty awesome. It is exactly the size I needed, is easy to slip into and out of, and is very comfortable to wear, especally with certain socks.
Couldn't find it in my size at the shops so I had to look for it online.

Product is not working
Product is not working. Can you please replace the product or refund my money. I am already put a new product/ refund request with Bunnings.

The goods I received were not the goods I bought. The box and label have been tampered with so the goods in the box were probably changed.

Wrong item delivered…no response yet
The delivery was fairly quick, but the product was incorrect. I emailed immediately after the delivery was made, but 3 days later I am yet to receive any correspondence. Im glad I pay via PayPal so at least I have another avenue as back up to get my money back. But I’m hoping to actually get the product; I plan to send a few more emails over the next few days in hopes they will rectify the situation.
