A pleasure to deal with.
I was after good pair of boots which were not too dressy or too workman like. These Dr Martens fit the bill perfectly. The seller shipped them quickly and kept me informed of the delivery status.

Misleading listing. Woolworths unhelpful.
Very misleading item image and description. This fly net is tiny and does not fit over a brim hat. Not worth the money, do not buy. Woolworths have been dismissive and unhelpful with the returns process. Will shop elsewhere now. There are many online retailers who offer a much more customer focussed service. Would give zero stars if it was an option. I contacted Boutique Retailer and they told me the misleading product image does not count as reason to return and that I must choose 'change of mind' and pay for the return postage (advising to pay for tracked which would cost a lot). Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I have received the wrong item, how can someone get it so wrong, a pair of socks I have to now go to a Myer store and return the wrong pair and get the right pair The gloves I ordered came from The Iconic if I had known I would have just purchased them from there directly Not happy at all won’t be purchasing from Myer online anymore sorry
