Address was incorrect and delivered to…
Address was incorrect and delivered to the wrong house. I had to go and find it. The man who lived at that address had a hand mover to bring it to me as it weighed 27 kilograms. I was not happy. Apart from that delivery was due on Friday and came on Monday. My Son came to help me and went home after it didn’t arrive. Not good service.

The socks themselves are great. The colour is awful!
The socks themselves are great.. nice and snug.. but the colour is terrible. I almost didn’t order as it wasn’t letting me choose the colour or pattern etc.. but unfortunately I took the gamble and ordered.. anyways.. lesson learned.. will not order arson unless I can select the colour at the very least!!!

Amazing service
Amazing service - very prompt. However, the wick for the 9 hour candles is not matched to the amount of wax. It doesn’t put out enough heat and also occasionally drowns in the molten wax.

Seller has been communicative throughout the sale, when the product arrived was not as expected, possibly damaged during transit, not the seller's fault, I asked if a refund or replacement was wanted, I happily accepted the offer of replacement & am awaiting same now, all has been done in a reasonable time frame.

Dishonest and untrustworthy company.
I bought two supposedly "GOTS-Certified" and "OEKO-TEX Certified" cotton blankets. When I received them, I discovered that the packaging stated only that they were OEKO-TEX 100, which is NOT an organic certification. The labels on the blankets themselves did not say they were any kind of organic, never mind GOTS- and OEKO-TEX organic.
After many emails back and forth over four months, during which Boutique Retailer repeatedly promised to get this information from their supplier, they finally just walked away from the issue by telling me to take it up with their supplier! (Conveniently just after the 120-day limit for claiming a chargeback.)
I would never order from Boutique Retailer again.
Update: I have contacted the company again to discuss a resolution, but they have not engaged with me.
