Outstanding customer experience. I placed an online order at 10.33 Saturday 21st June 15 minutes later at 10.48 had email to say my order was on its way WOW WOW how impressive is that and today Monday 23rd June at 11am my parcel was at my door all the way from London to Yorkshire what a brilliant company to buy from highly recommended. Prices are great quality always good cust experience absolutely fantastic well done team bows.i don't often write reviews and I am very hard to please but I could not let this brilliant experience go un noted from a very happy customer.

This lovely company go over and above. When my delivery did not take place, DPD issue not the company, and it ended back at Bows around 2 weeks later.

I desperately wanted the item before my holiday but the item was out of stock in the colour I’d ordered and therefore no option to re order before my holiday and just wait for a refund on the original order.

I contacted Bows and explained. They resent my order to me when they had received it back to them.

They made no fuss or drama and were seeking no praise, just quietly sent it back and in time for my holiday!

I am a big fan of Bows! I've bought quite a few items over the years. Sadly I had one dress arrive with a fault and after emailing, I recieved a full refund including postage. A great service - I will continue to be a customer of Bows and look forward to my next purchase!

Received my seraphina in black today, ordered the mocha today, been looking for trousers for ages, the fit is amazing, you get the top and bottom for the price you'd pay just for the bottoms else where, fantastic value .

I discovered this company a few months ago. Bows boutique clothing have such wonderful clothes of which I hve purchased many. But I truly believe a company is only as good as their customer service. Today I had need to email them with a query & I was so impressed with how quickly they resolved the problem.

I have been following Bows for a couple of months now. Not wore dresses for years, but was inspired to try some. They are lovely and fit me perfectly. The prices are reasonable, and they have special offers of a percentage off, or free postage. Recently bought a sparkly jumper, cardigan, some gorgeous dresses and glittery casual trousers. When i order from bows the service is quick and parcels are always here within 5 days,

I've been shopping with Bows for about 4 months now. Everything I've received is gorgeous. The quality is amazing and I can't get over the prices of the clothes. I've also bought 3 pairs of sandals. Very true to size and so comfortable. Custom service is amazing, very helpful and quick to reply. I bought the postage for a year which is fab.
