Poor customer relations
Bought four tubs of grout and explained it might be more than I needed. Was told I could return what I didn’t need. Used three tubs and went to return the fourth one and was told that there was a ten per cent charge for returns!
Pointed out that I was not informed of this charge when I made the original purchase
One of the staff was extremely rude and argumentative and the till would not allow the full refund.
Asked to see the manager and was told he was not in.
Be careful with BPS as this seems to be a new policy which was not explained on when making the purchase earlier in the week. Not a happy customer

Excellent Service
The day before my delivery I had a call to say they were concerned at the quality of some of the wood I’d ordered but that to get exactly the same would mean a delay. Instead they offered me an upgraded (higher price) product but never charged the difference and delivered on time. The goods supplied were excellent quality. Very impressed!

I love that I can order online. I would have given 5 stars but when I ordered and set a date for delivery they were out of stock of one item which was not what it said on the website, so they to change my delivery date. Having said that I use them on a regular basis and I like the company

“Saw isn’t working”
Ordered some wood online, went to collect it and they didn’t have what I wanted and even if they did their “saw wasn’t working” so they wouldn’t have been able to cut what I wanted to the size I wanted.
Popped back in a couple of weeks later and had the same experience….
