Dismissive attitude over product complaint
ordered 70 slabs from the Leamington Garden Force centre. They arrived wet and once in place and dried out it is obvious some of them are different slabs - my complaint is being ignored and they are blaming the supplier who states 'colour will fade with time'. The slabs in question are a different colour and texture.
Slabs arrived in two full wrapped crates and 10 lose but wrapped, the 10 lose are now clearly a different slab - pictures have been provided - BPS are ignoring the complaint - its clear they just bundled in these 10 left overs to get rid and hope no one would notice.
Complete contrast to the BPS Doorline & Timber branch who are always so helpful.

The staff were approachable and…
The staff were really approachable and sourced everything I needed.
When collecting from the yard, the staff helped load and were careful with my vehicle.
The deliveries have been delivered with care and the drivers were helpful too.
