Received non complete order
I'm afraid I have to give 2 star review as I only received a part of my order.
I ordered about few pens and I received a letter with my order saying that I'll get the last two pens later but it has been about two weeks now and I haven't received those and no one contacted me.
I haven't got a reply to my email pointing out to this issue either.

Got a reply from Bradbury art saying that the pens will arrive later.
It's always a good idea to keep your customers posted if there are any changes.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the trouble you've experienced with your order. The pens you mentioned are currently on backorder due to their high demand, and we’re still waiting on stock from our supplier in Italy. I apologize for the lack of communication – that’s definitely something we’ll work on improving.
If you’d prefer, we can either refund the missing pens or keep your order open until they arrive. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we'll ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
