Helpful, thoughtful, professional service and tasty tea
It was my second order — first one to London and now to Zurich, CH.
We are very satisfied with the teas from both orders and teapots are very nice and handy.
The delivery to CH is not the easiest one and it was performed by the BrewTeaCompany virtuously well.

The best tea I have ever tasted
The best tea I have ever tasted. I buy on monthly subscription and wanted to swap my normal order for decaf this month. Emailed and had fast response from Harry, who sorted this out for me. Customer service is excellent

It's a very good brand of tea which I have been drinking since 2014. The taste difference between Brew Tea and the mass market teas is enormous, and Brew Tea is in my opinion better than other brands which I have tried.
British company, and orders arrive quick.
I really hope they don't sell their company to Tesco or others who'd just destroy it.

Delicious tea
Kept seeing this tea everywhere so tried it out and it surpassed all my expectations. I tried the breakfast blend and it was delicious. I read up about them and they are anti plastic and a local company so they are ticking all my boxes . Fantastic !
