Best tea on the market! We NEVER use tea bags now the leaves are so delicious and easy to use. The service is beyond exceptional. I contacted them as I couldn’t get the subscription part of the site to work. My query was answered immediately and my tea arrived first thing next morning. This company has got customer service and product spot on!

I ordered English breakfast loose leaf? makes a superb cuppa, strong flavour, it’s become a family favourite. The tea arrives beautifully packaged so makes a fantastic gift.

Great company, selling a brilliant product and delivering fantastic service.
All the black teas (English Breakfast, Earl Grey etc) are rolled whole leaves. Other named and supermarket brands appear to grind the tea leaves so that what you buy resembles "dust". Brew Tea's product is far superior and the resulting cuppa is better in all respects. The quality is consistent over time so you can rely on the same high quality from one delivery to the next. Its customer service is excellant: I ordered tea on Thursday lunchtime and the order was deliver 11.00 hours on Friday (next day). The company also operates a rewards scheme so you get credits against future purchases. Fantastic!

The teas are really great, I'm a big fan of the earl grey & decaf earl grey. But the thing that impresses me most is their customer service which is always 5 star. They keep me up to date if there are delays with my order, they reply to emails really quickly, recently there was a delay on their decaf early grey tin boxes so they very kindly sent me some complimentary tea until my order arrived and I got it the next day! I was very grateful that they took the time to do that when I can't imagine many other companies out there would have. So I love the tea but its the great customer service that keeps me coming back.

I have tried Earl Grey Caffinated and Decaffeinated both loose and bag
Moroccan Mint loose and Green tea is on its way as we speak both loose and tea bag
I consider myself a discerning tea drinker I can recommend this brand as the most delicious and satisfying drink
I have taken out a subscription so am never without I also purchased the box containing a measure and little pot for one
The customer service is top class helpful upbeat and friendly

I bought a present from Brew Tea Co. recently. Although I had a complete nightmare with the delivery, the Brew Tea Co. were very helpful along the way! First of all it was so refreshing to be able to speak to a human and not the bot via their online chat, and receive a reply so swiftly. Guliana was very nice, understanding, and extremely helpful, she did everything she could to help me get my parcel. When the order eventually came, it looked great and made a beautiful present! Although I am so very disappointed in delivery companies, I will undoubtedly order from Brew Tea Co. again!

Can't recommend Brew Tea Co enough, their tea is amazing and it tastes even better when backed up by fabulous customer service. I had a query recently over a blend and used the online chat to follow up. This was dealt with efficiently and professionally by Monique; she actually organised a replacement box for me there and then which arrived the very next day. Every company should take a (tea) leaf out of their book when it comes to customer service! On top of that delivery is always fast and beautifully packaged, and the tea, tins and teapots are all excellent quality.

Brilliant service, ordered 5pm and it was delivered by Evri at 10am the following day. Always beautifully packed in yellow striped paper. Love the tins. The Earl Grey tea is the best - and I'm trying the decaffeinated version as well. Well done Brew Tea!

I recently on the 24/11/23 ordered a tea pot for one amongst other teas from Brew Tea Co.
Today the tea pot cracked whilst I hand washed it.
I assumed this would have lasted a good deal longer. The yellow sealing washer has also distorted.
Very disappointed with this product as with the tea was £53 less a few pence.
I have dealt with customer services before and found them very difficult to negotiate with over my problem.
There are better offers I’d wished I had looked at else where

It's difficult to get decaf tea which has a taste but their decaf Ceylon and Earl Grey leaf tea are very nice. The tea leaves are of course compostable and the packaging recyclable so wins all round.

English breakfast tea is nice enough but selling a box that turns out to only be half full (the rest of the box containing a card explaining how recyclable their product is - it's tea! of course it's biodegradable!!)

The fact that it's large leaf too means there really is very little tea for the money - sure from an environmental point of view using smaller packaging that actually fitted the quantity sold would be better all round.

We love everything. The website, teapots but mostly the tea. We have Early Grey and Breakfast and such great quality

Best tea ever (Earl grey is my favourite, but also love the spicy lemon & ginger); amazing customer service and getting the delivery is like getting a present!

I received my latest order today and found that one of the boxes of loose tea was incorrect and not what I had ordered. I used their chat function on their website and literally within 3 minutes received and email confirming a new order for the correct box of tea followed by an immediate response to apologise and confirm the correct box is being sent free of charge and that I may keep the one that was sent in error.

I love good tea and good coffee. If you're going to drink either of them why not buy the best you can? I buy the English Breakfast Tea usually and I ALWAYS say after I finish a cup - oh that was a good cup of tea. I need it to be good, i want a bit of a boost when I sit down for a cup of tea, and I get it from these guys. I stocked up recently so I'd begin the year with a good stash of it and I was delighted to get a free large teapot. It's been well used already and I really enjoy it, looks great too. I would urge any serious tea drinkers to give them a try.

I've got three tea pots, tried their English Breakfast, Apple & Blackberry and Lemon & Ginger. Love them all, it all looks so nice brewing away in their tea pots too. Tastes so much better than a standard tea bag and the washing up isn't really that much more. The edges on the tea pot lids are a bit sharp though so be careful when washing up.

It's a shame they've moved to Hermes for their delivery service as I'm regularly let down by them.

The best earl grey its the most requested gift whenever I'm visiting friends on the continent as they love me to help them stock up

Place an order for both myself and a birthday gift for hubby. It was easy to order and payment was quick and effortless.
Everything was beautifully packaged and wrapped exquisitely in their own paper. I had ordered a breakables too but they were tightly packed so no damage was done. They did however send me the wrong item, but instead of getting me to return it they told me to keep the tea and sent me the correct replacement. Excellent old fashioned customer service.
I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who will listen and i will also be ordering again and again.

I highly recommend leaving your tea experience to Brew Tea Co. Starting from the shopping experience at their friendly website, continuing with their excellent loyalty program, and then receiving a beautifully and fast shipped package, I loved the whole experience. Although the best was the high quality and innovative teapot, which added to the outstanding flavour of their loose leaf tea, it left me with no option to write right away this review.

Always astonishingly good. I have tried a few teas - Earl grey, apple and blackberry, Ceylon, caffeinated and decaffeinated. All are delicious, exceptionally good with a strong quality taste. Fab customer service. The Brew Teapot is my favourite one and the measuring spoon makes perfect tea every time. 10/10
