I have never had a problem getting help from Customer service if I have any questions or concerns that come up, which have only been a couple times and that is not because of any fault by the equipment or company. Mervin was extremely helpful and quick in solving my issue today. Highly recommended!!!

Overall this is a really good product
Overall this is a really good product. The magnet on the tracker box is very sturdy. The battery life is, well I’ll put it like this, 53% lasted 8 days! And the tracking is in real time. I did get the results i was looking for. Highly recommended and it comes at a great price, too.

I love this company. Very reliable and great products. I ordered on a Friday and delivery was scheduled for Monday but didn’t actually arrive fedex til Tuesday evening. Products are easy to set up, reliable and customer service is top notch h.

Been with Brickhouse since the very…
Been with Brickhouse since the very early days. they were great. but as time has gone on they have fallen apart. now the cost is way to expensive. the tracking unit has been replaced 2 times at additional cost to me and yet it still fails to work. The Staff at brickhouse seem to want to keep this a confusing hard to mange mess of a site. Do not use them.. they are no longer worth the cost.
