Totale Enttäuschung!
Ich habe ein Kleid für meine Brautjungfer bestellt.
Bei dem Kleid handelt es sich nicht um ein Kleid, sondern um einen Zweiteiler. Ein Rock und ein Top, das in Original auch noch anders aussieht wie auf dem Bild. In der Beschreibung geht es ausschließlich um ein Kleid.
Der Rock rutscht und das "Kleid" ---> Rock mit Top ist somit unbrauchbar. Außer man will extrem Bauchfrei rumlaufen...
Wirklich schade, auf dem Bild sieht es wirklich toll aus.
Bis jetzt ist noch nicht wirklich auf meine Retoure eingegangen worden, ich hoffe aber dennoch, dass sich das Problem nicht zu meinem Nachteil entwickelt.

I was my best friend's maid of honor and I bought my dress in advance (once I live in another country). The precaution was unnecessary cause he arrived at the time established by the Bridesire. I loved the experience and didn't have to make any adjustments! All measurements came correct. Super recommend it :)

Every woman can find something nice on this site. Most dresses are stylish and trendy, it is really difficult to choose just one. I needed long hours to scroll through my favorite dresses and the one I bought proved to be more beautiful than I expected.

Onze ervaring met Bridesire….KOOP ER NOOIT IETS beste mensen en wel om de volgende reden, op 28 oktober heeft mijn aanstaande vrouw er een trouwjurk besteld omdat de referenties goed waren...sowieso vonden we het al jammer dat er DIRECT betaald moest worden en dat dit niet kon met afterpay. Maar nadat we de algemene voorwaarden hadden doorgenomen zagen we dat indien de confectiematen besteld zouden worden de jurk zonder enig probleem kon worden geretourneerd, of het nu ging dat de jurk niet paste of dat je de jurk gewoonweg niet mooi vind helemaal geen probleem bij Bridesire.
Na geruime tijd dan eindelijk de jurk in ontvangst kunnen nemen en u raad het al de jurk paste niet dus de jurk retour en geld terug....althans dat dachten we. In de voorwaarden staat dat er dan 20% fee doorbelast zou worden voor de re-stocking en transport maar even verderop in de voorwaarden staat heel duidelijk dat indien de jurk binnen 72 uur geretourneerd zou worden het volledige aankoopbedrag gerestitueerd zou worden. Toen mijn vrouw de jurk ontving op 28-11-2018 heeft zij hem direct gepast en op 29-11-2018 een email gemaakt aan Bridesire dat hij niet paste (DUS BINNEN 24 UUR) en gevraagd naar welk adres we de jurk moesten retourneren, vervolgens twee emails en twee dagen later 01-12-2018 kregen we een email terug dat we de jurk naar de shipper moesten sturen maar dat Bridesire zat te wachten op een antwoord van de shipper in China want er moest een autorisatienummer doorgegeven worden vanuit China.
Heel vreemd dat je moet retourneren naar de shipper en niet naar shop (Bridesire) waar de jurk uiteindelijk besteld is. Uiteindelijk hebben we op 04-12-2018 een antwoord gekregen met de gegevens van de shipper waar de jurk naar toegestuurd moest worden. Ondanks dat we het nog steeds vreemd vonden te moeten retourneren aan de shipper hebben we de jurk via DHL laten versturen en hebben vanaf dat moment het track en tracenummer gevolgd. Vervolgens hebben wij op verzoek van Bridesire ons track en trace overlegd met Bridesire zodat ook zei konden zien dat jurk onderweg was, en dat deze netjes op 21-12-2018 was afgeleverd bij de shipper. Wij hebben op 21-12-2018 ook direct een email gestuurd naar Brideshire dat de jurk afgeleverd was en ondanks dat ze onze zending hebben kunnen volgen kregen wij drie dagen later, t.w. op 24-12-2018 een antwoord van Bridsire of dat wij het ontvangstbewijs konden overleggen omdat zij nog steeds geen ontvangstbevestiging hadden ontvangen van de shipper, vervolgens hebben wij dezelfde dag nog (24-12) het ontvangstbewijs met Bridesire overlegd met de mededeling dat ze nu niet meer moeilijk moesten doen en ons geld moesten retourneren en kregen vervolgens op 26-12-2018 het volgende antwoord:
"Hoi, We hebben deze informatie doorgestuurd naar de fabriek en wachten nog steeds op de bevestiging. Wacht alstublieft op de update. Mischelle". Op 27-12 hebben we wederom een email verstuurd naar Bridesire en hun er op gewezen dat we bewijs hebben dat de jurk definitief is afgeleverd in China en dat we nu echt ons geld willen zien omdat we anders stappen zullen gaan ondernemen. Vanaf dat moment is er een radio silence ontstaan van ze reageren op geen enkele email meer, vervolgens hebben we op woensdag en op donderdag nog een email gestuurd maar er is niemand meer die reageert. Inmiddels hebben wij de zaak uit handen gegeven en wordt er nu gekeken via een andere weg ons betaalde geld terug kunnen krijgen.
Wat verder ook opviel tijdens de vele verstuurde emails dat je soms met Mischelle en soms met Joey te maken hebt en dat de ene keer in het Engels en dan weer door beide in het Nederlands wordt gecorrespondeerd. Ik vind het heel jammer dat er geen sterren in de min kan worden gegeven want dan hadden ze dik in de rode cijfers gegaan wat mij betreft. Ik raad dan ook ieder gezond denkend mens aan om ZEKER NIETS bij deze malafide niet terugbetalende dieven te bestellen want hier is duidelijk sprake "NIET GOED GELD WEG" Ik ben ten alle tijden bereid om e.e.a. toe te lichten aan mensen die toch nog enige twijfel hebben bij dit bedrijf, het enige wat je hiervoor hoeft te doen is me opzoeken op facebook en een PB=tje sturen. I would actually want to rate them 0 stars but that was not possible.
I ordered a dress and when I received it, realized it was not sewn according to the measurements I sent in. I have had this confirmed by a tailor. It was too big up top and too short at the bottom. Adding fabric was an extra cost that added too the cost of all alterations needed. The dress ended up being double the price. I communicated this to bridesire, and their initial response was to blame me. I then told them it was confirmed by a tailor to which they responded I send my receipts for reimbursement. That was over 6 weeks ago. They then started to ignore e-mails I sent them to ask about my reimbursement. The chat-service on the site dodged my questions and asked me to wait or e-mail support service( the one e-mail address listed on their site which I have used and have been ignored by for several weeks). Today the chat staff (english is crappy google translate so it is difficult to understand them) told me my reimbursemant was denied, although I have an e-mail from bridesire stating they will pay. And then all other questions went ignored. The company has not written this in an e-mail to me, and are refusing to answer my continued questions. Do not shop from them. They are dishonest, and you will be disappointed. You will end up having to pay much more for the dress and their silent treatment will make it impossible to get refunds or reimbursement. Go to a tailor and have your dress made by a person you can see and speak to, and who cannot dodge your e-mails. This company is a total scam, and I have now also read several stories from people who share my experience that this company is dishonest. Do not subject yourself to this kind of treatment and do your shopping elsewhere.

Unseriöser Handel!!!! Kleid ist qualitativ und vom Schnitt untragbar. Ich habe es in Abstimmung zurückgesendet....man schrieb mir dass bei dem Erstattungsbetrrag 30% vom Kaufpreis einbehalten würden plus Versandkosten zu meinen Lasten. Nach Rückversabd keine Erstattung u KEINE Antworten mehr auf Emails. Ich kann nur dringend Abraten dort etwas zu bestellen!!!!
