Does BRIDGECREST use starter interruptor devices if you’re behind on payments? I was 4 weeks behind, I went out to my car, it would not start. 3 days later my payment went through. That same night, I went out to my car, it started right up.

My payments are on time, but because they do not report on time is show a derogatory mark on my credit. My july payment was made on july 24th my payments are due the 27th of each month. When they reported July 31st. My july payment was not reported on June payment was reported. I am told that my july payment will not be reported until September 1st. Who can I report this company too concerning this process of not reporting on time?

The customer service with Bridgecrest is awful. The interest is horrible, they will not under any circumstances work with you, they will not allow you to make split payments with auto pay, you have to set those up manually every month. Unless I was just misinformed by the lazy customer service rep. Bridgecrest only reports out to your credit on late payments, if your account is in good standing they will leave the negative remarks on your credit and refuse to update the information that would make your score go up or positivly reflect on your account. Bridgecrest is basically forcing me to stay with them, even though my payments have been on time and I am ahead on payments, they have only reported out the one missed payment I had with them. I wanted to suffer the high interest for one year then refinance. Since they will not update, other lenders will not consider me for refinancing and I am stuck with 25% APR with them. Do not finance with Bridgecrest, they make it impossible to better your situation. You are better off with a marketplace beater car.

It's sad. That out of 100+ reviews, maybe 3 customers who blessedly avoided long term unemployment, has a positive review. That says a whole lot. And the reviews about costly repairs setting you back, you aren't alone. This has to stop.

Yes this company is really bad.. I wish I would have known that before I got my car I've been making payments for almost 6 years.. it's still saying 14,000 I'm not sure what's going . Please don't go to them..

I recently refinanced my car and paid off my loan with Bridgecrest. The payment sent was more than the payoff amount and they aren’t acknowledging this. I’ve been given 3 different time spans on when my title is released. I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor because I’m never given clear information. Terrible customer service, go anywhere else for financing!!!

I have never experience a more incompetent customer service team in my entire life. I moved states and have spent nearly 6 months, 80+ hours on calls (on hold, getting passed around departments, people saying different things), sent someone else's vehicle documents, sent an improperly filled out document rejected at the DMV, unanswered emails, and still dealing with this issue for a very common request. I don't understand how such incompetency can be employed, run a business.

I decide to write this to help others who may be considering not only Bridgecrest but the company's associated with them in this writting. In Jan of 2026 my daughter a caregiver was coming home when she was t boned in the driver's side.Car was totaled she was blessed to survive.After 3 months recovering she got a vehicle from Carvana.The car was ok but the pcm went out which was covered under their warrenty.We went to their mechanics.We drove the car there, but never did the car start again after the mechanic shop had no experience with full pcm repair. Instead of them telling Carvana they broke the car, they lied to us and them.Now we had made 3 payments and insurance but had not driven the car more than 75-100 miles if that.We told them step by step all the mechanics told us and kept text messages promising it was being fixed.That was a month long.Ater we found out the car was inoperable we told Carvana who Refused to take the car back.They told us to volunteer to give it back through Brigdecrest.We did and haven't heard a word from either party till today, a notice on our door investigating where that car is.We don't have it.Havent now for about 3 months.To any reading this.Do not buy from any of the companies listed.Horrible customer service. Doesn't check or investigate the auto shops or mechanics.Tries to blame by not answering real problems.Takes your hard earned cash and then does nothing to fix what was done.We have the texts, we have the mechanics lies.Not 1 of these companies checked to see why they too were extorted and lied to as well.So do not buy anything from these companies please.Bridgecrest is also with Drivetime.So buyers aware.This is not the time for losing money, cars, or them trying to put bad credit on you because of their lack of ethics.May all dodge a bullet cuz we didnt.

This is the worst place to ever get a car from Bridgecrest deals with driveTime and it is the worst place to get a car from they play games they put you in negative they reverse your stuff. The interest is crazy after three years. My car was 15,000 and I’m just at $14,500 most of the payments go towards interest if you don’t have to do not go through Bridgecrest, you will regret it. Customer service is nasty as well. Very nasty people. Customer service is terrible. and Bridgecrest is the worst. everyone out here talking about them. It is the truth. Everything that these people are saying on this app about Bridgecrest is the truth.

I tried to give them half a star. I paid off my vehicle early. Before they sent the title I called to be sure they had my updated address. They let me know it was updated and they would send it next day to my correct address. I didn’t receive my title for 2 weeks so I called and they sent it to an address I lived at in a different state 3 years ago…. They said it’ll now take 3-5 weeks and they don’t have recording of my first call. If you are forced to finance through this company you need to refinance ASAP.

Due to a medical issue, I lost my job and voluntarily returned my vehicle. Bridgecrest used their collection company Constar to contact me about the remainder of the loan after the car was sold. I filed bankruptcy and the bankruptcy was discharged June 2026. August 7th 2026 I received a court summons from Bridgecrest via their lawyer Velo Law Offices. Constar is the acting collection agent on the account and is listed on my bankruptcy matrix. Bridgecrest is in violation of Federal Bankruptcy laws with this lawsuit. I notified Bridgecrest's lawyer of the bankruptcy discharge and if the lawsuit is not dropped immediately with prejudice, I will be filling a motion of civil contempt against Bridgecrest.

I paid off my loan and requested that they send my title so that I can register my vehicle in another state, They said it would take 8 to 10 weeks to receive it in the mail, it has been 12 weeks and I still have not received my title and now it is preventing me from renewing my my tag, every time I try to contact them,I am on the phone for at least a half hour each time and get no satisfaction, they won’t even send me a letter stating that the loan is paid in full. they actually said I would be better off to go to my local DMV and apply for a lost title, that is totally ridiculous. Do not deal with this company. I have had nothing but problems with these people.

Over one year with no late payments. Having issues financially right now. Spoke to someone who said we would need to be at least 15 days late to do a deferment so we waited even though we called before the payment was due to keep trust and open communication with the company. Called today to finish setting it up and they said we dont qualify but wouldn't tell us why. Just multifactor reason.

One of the worst places I have ever taken a car loan from and will be seeking legal action nobody knows what there doing they transfer you in all these different departments without giving you an answer

I would first like to thank Tanisha (rep) and Mr. Joe Robinson (supervisor) for an amazing customer service experience. I've dealt with plenty of car lenders and Bridgecrest by far has been the best lender I've had. I had fell behind on my payments due to medical issues. When I called to discuss my options Tanisha handled my call with superior service and care. I left the call knowing everything was going to be okay and for that I'm beyond grateful.

I am in my last year of a 6 year finance and lost my job and asked for a deferral. One guy told me it was fine and they would do it no problem since I had a good record of on time payments. The calls and texts have continued and another guy I spoke to yesterday told me their "system" doesn't allow for deferrals. I put them on blast on LinkedIn and am doing it here. They are a horrible company and when I get this loan paid off, I will never do business with those shit bags again and I will go out of my way to discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Continue to exhibit bad business practices. I made two payments for the same day and when I called 5 minutes later, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. I only made the repeat payment because the system was showing that I still had not paid. Five minutes after I made the error and I am hearing that it is no way to cancel the payment. I was instructed to call my bank to stop payment but I would still incur a penalty charge from my bank. I’m moving my account and giving my money to another company.

It's taking 3 months so far ,after a accident which totaled my truck. They couldn't find my title first,and can't seem to close out my account after my insurance company has payed it off ! I have no idea what all these reversals are. Now I'm 1900 past due. I have no idea and can't get any reasonable information from customer service. Don't use Bridgecrest or Carvana!!!!

How in the world with a 9%, they took $130 for interest & $30 towards principal? Called them, no one could answer my questions . Got the run around & eventually got hung up. Apr is supposed to be 9% but the interest they took for my payments is about 20%. Terrible.

refinanced car loan and had overpaid one payment. They immediately took down my online access so I couldn't see anything and kept saying they didn't know when I would get the extra paid money back!!! How are car loan companies found through Carvana allowed to act like this??? Where is the government regulation??
