The tree arrived on time and in the condition I was told it would be.

Received a lemon tree as a gift. It arrived in really bad shape with hardly any leaves; the leaves that were remaining were so dry you could crumble them in your hand. It was also very pot bound and not packaged well at all as it was completely dried out. I watered it immediately upon arrival. after reaching out with my concerns to the company about three different times including sending pictures, they refused to do anything. I have been trying to nurse it back to health over the past 4 1/2 months, but it is still in really bad shape. It is about a 4 1/2 foot tall tree and only has about 15 leaves left on it. Five out of seven branches have no leaves on them whatsoever. But According to this company it is “definitely a healthy tree.” Extremely poor quality product and customer service.

Ordered 2 Meyer Lemon Trees back in June or July 2020. Received and were alive and well. However, when weather got cooler moved both of them into our house and 1 Immediately started losing leaves and died. I had bought the spray for spiders etc. Tried to reach out to BB when I could not use my guarantee or the $10.00 coupon sent with my purchase. Need help to redeem guarantee and coupon so to purchase another Lemon tree. Please Help.

The tree was topped and had numerous wounds to the bark. It is still dormant, so I do not know how well it will do in the spring, which is after the guarantee period. I'm hopeful, but disappointed in the quality of the specimen.

Both bushes arrived in perfect condition ready to plant. This is my second order with Brighter Blooms. I recommend this vendor.

Plant leaves completely dead upon arrival, and monstera arrived half the size as seen on website or reviews. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was normal for plants to come in the condition they came in and that I was buying the monstera by pot size than plant size. In addition the their website would not let me attach photos in reviews. Seems like they spend time and money grooming their reviews on site and on Trustpilot as well as BBB. Really disappointed with this company. DO NOT ORDER your plants from here.

I ordered 10 1-2 foot holly trees.The trees shipped and arrived very quickly, well packaged, with only a couple of small limbs broken. They were larger than expected and very healthy. Will be ordering more in the near future.

We ordered three dwarf Radicans Gardenia bushes in the 3-gallon size. They arrived promptly and in great shape. We planted them in front of a low wall in a flower bed. Looks great! Very happy with the service. Thank you!!

The tree arrived on time. As it is fall and the tree dormant, we won’t know if it survived until spring.

Very disappointed in the quality of the tree. It has many yellow leaves and trying to bring back to life before I give as a Christmas present to my family. Not sure I will be able to.

Trees wee skinny and did not look like pictures on the website.

Plant was smaller than expected and looked as though it may not live (2/3 of leaves were dead and had fallen off the plant). I planted it the same day I received it and am hoping for a positive result.

Quick and easy ordering. So far the banana plant is holding up after I transplated it into a pot.

I purchased a lemon tree from amazon, Brighter Blooms was the vender. I followed all instructions and the plant did not live. Horrible product I would not recommend this Company
