I received my order but the trees were almost dead when I did. Maybe my bad experience is with how it was delivered. I ordered 2 trees. It was delivered standing up, so one of the trees was upside down and by the time it got to me the stem had broken in half outside the box so I have basically nothing. I wish I could attach pictures of what I have.

I ordered an olive tree, which arrived and promptly shed most of its leaves (apparently due to the stress of transport?). It looks extremely pitiful, and even if it had arrived with all of its leaves, is not nearly as full as the picture on the website. I called customer service and they informed me that it may lose all of its leaves and remain that way for 4-6 weeks before regrowing them. This is a great disappointment, since I had hoped to have something aesthetically pleasing in my entryway for the holiday season, and now have a glorified twig. Further information on the risk of receiving a completely naked tree should have been provided. Hoping it comes back to life in a few weeks, but by that time, I am sure I will have foregone the possibility of a refund if it does die. Tragic.

I ordered a silver dollar eucalyptus but was instead sent a CONIFER TREE!! how in the hell can you get those two mixed up??

Do Not order from this company. They switch your order because they are out of stock and then won't make it right. There are so many other companies out there that will work with the customer. This is not one of them! Stay way from these fraudsters.

Plant came half bare. Most unhealthy plants I have ever received. Not typical from my other purchases. I’m waiting two weeks to see if they recover before I activate warranty.

My tree arrived arrived quickly and in good shape

The tree arrived quickly, well packaged, and seemingly healthy! Looking forward to seeing if it will tolerate our Colorado conditions.

We received the hydrangea tree in about 4 days (early October in central NC). It was droopy when it arrived. The root ball was quite small. My husband had amended the soil (as recommended), and had it in the ground within 2 hours of its arrival. The leaves stayed droopy for several days, which was a concern, and then 50% of the leaves turned yellow and dropped off. The remaining leaves are looking better, so we will see how it fares over the winter.

Plant as received, although healthy, was quite small with no buds. Hoping for the best in the spring.
