Consistent service, great plants
This is my second order with Brighter Blooms. The plants arrive the fastest of other companies I've used and the plants arrive in great condition. I appreciate the consistent communication from BB from the moment I submit my order.

Received a replacement plant they sent me the wrong one easy to do because they look the same. Very easy to resolve and now I have an extra hydrangea!
The trees look GREAT
The trees look GREAT. I am old and was anxious of ordering online. I usually want to look at something before I buy it. But i was very satisfied. The trees were nicer than the ones at local places and delivered. Thank you very much
Disappointed in product and care instructions
I was so excited to gift my partner a gardenia tree for our new home. I’m really disappointed with the lack of care instructions provided.We Googled a lot. We repotted it right away as many of the leaves in the bottom are yellow.
It’s more stable now but still doesn’t seem healthy. We have been giving it the Miracle Gro food with water everyday for gardenias specifically. We hope it survives and thrives!
So far it was an okay experience
So far it was an okay experience. Been about 2 weeks with the tree and it's not doing too great, but we'll see. I called to ask about it and while the answers were given, they weren't very helpful.
Tree Order
We ordered a tree from BB. It arrived in a box, carefully wrapped so there was no damage, in only a few days. We've since planted it and it's looking great!
So very disappointed
So very disappointed. I ordered two plants for a new arbor. One rose was beautiful with a thick center cane. The other was so very much smaller - not worth $100.

The two thuja trees we purchased are…
The two thuja trees we purchased are dying after we followed all directions in planting, and although we also purchased the warranty - we so far have gotten no more than “try this, try that” and when we do the plants are still failing - and no replacement or credit is happening. I was going to purchase a large tree as well from this company - now I see they don’t honor their warranty. Going elsewhere.
Ordered 4 honey suckle vines/plants
Ordered 4 honey suckle vines/plants. Upon receipt, plants looked old, moldy branches, shedding leaves, like been weathered and left over from last year, was just not impressive. I was worried. Watered it, took photos & video footage, reached out to company. Came back with scratch the branches, if green, it will live. Okay. I kept watering, kept closed on eyes on them. 3 came back with new leaves. One nothing. I am hoping that it all makes it thru the winter and all comes back next spring, including the bare one. Otherwise, will never order from this company again. Normally, just suck it up, eat the loss. But if my two cents help one person, it’s worth it.

Half of my order was beautiful. I was disappointed in the condition of the Crepe Myrtles and I spoke to a customer service rep about it. We will see how they look in the spring and provide additional feedback.
I ordered a houseplant and a Meyer…
I ordered a houseplant and a Meyer lemon tree. To date, almost all the leaves have fallen off of my Meyer lemon tree. I am doubtful that it is going to make it.
The hedges arrived ok, box delivered upside down
The hedges arrived ok although the box was delivered upside down and most of the soil was out of the containers. The hedges were lush green. I have planted them according to directions and have noticed the color changed to a lighter green. I'm hoping they hold up ok and don't die.
My Brighter Blooms Shrub Is Beautiful and Thriving!
My shrub finally arrived (FedEx is slow in our area due to wild fires-caused backup) and it was still healthy! I carefully planted it in a large, cement planter and after just a week it’s thriving!!

This is the third time I've used BrighterBlooms and I have never had an issue, other than a plum tree I ordered got declined because they found out my state wouldn't let me have it. All my orders have either arrived on time or before planned. I found their prices fair and the convenience of online ordering just puts the cherry on the pie, as it were.
