Ordered 200$ worth of contacts 4 months ago only got one email back that it was being looked into now email isnt even valid i do not think this is a real company at all!!!

I ordered 2 pair 7 months ago. I have sent email after email and all they say is they apologize that they changed the shipping company. Then I asked for a refund and now they deleted their email account,but the frauds keep on posting on facebook!! Dont get scammed that's all this company is!! SCAMMERS!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!! Go to stunning lenses they r awesome!!! They will get u ur product!!

This shouldn't even get 1 star!! This is bull. I too have been waiting for my contacts since April. I emailed for 3 months asking where my contacts were and when I asked for a refund, they answered me saying they had a problem with shipments or some bullcrap like that. They asked if I really did want a refund and since they answered me, I said no and said I will keep waiting, well now I went to email again and there is no such email. I'm calling my bank too. Calling BBB too.

It has been 1 YEAR in October since i placed my order for contacts! I have received many emails with excuses and failed promises that my order is in transit I am so disappointed and upset that i have spent MY money on contacts i have yet to receive and now im not even getting a response at all!!!! SCAM!!!

Like everyone else.. this company is a top notch SCAMMING operations. I ordered a pair of contacts & solution on February 14, 2019, and have had the same responses as others over & over again. I got real upset and called them out in their constant exact same answers and never any product. Finally, I said I wanted a refund in July, & have been blocked from seeing their site & no further response. Had to Google just to find the reviews, as can't see anything on Facebook site which I ordered..... BIG TIME KARMA!!! for this company ( Now, September 5, 2019 NO ORDER) 😡

These jerks been stringing me along since may I just now found this and damn guess I'll tell my bank and see what they could do....

Scam company who will not deliver product or return your money!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Same as everyone else. Ordered in March of 2019 and it’s August and still no contacts. I get the same response by message or email and the same message they tell me that they hadn’t shipping carrier issues and someone will be dispatched about my order. Why is this place still in business. They are a straight SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 5 pairs of contacts in June or July of 2018 and I still have received nothing! This company is the biggest most shameless scam. I have gotten 15 different excuses over the last year about my package I never received and every time they say it's going to be shipped and it never is. I never saw this website or any bad reviews when I ordered from them and I wish I had :(

Horrible company. Ordered 2 pair contracts June 2018. Its July 2019. Nothing.. requested numerous times to refund my with no response. I can message them on Facebook and was only way they responded for a while. They even "promised" me a year's worth of contracts since I waited so long back in April. Nothing, nada, I just want my money back or my order. If any one files a suit I'll be happy to join in on that.

Terrible company! They won't return any emails and there's no phone number for them. I have no learned to check the reviews prior to trusting an ordering site. The contacts were so beautiful, i waited everyday for a reply email. I'm so disappointed in this company, unicoeye is so much more reliable for contacts! They give updates, give tracking, and actually send you the product you pay for!

To bad there isn’t a minus star rating. This company is a scam and will steal your money. I order 2 pairs of contacts which I never received. Got several responses to emails about order status. Always excuses, delivery service messing up, moving facility and everything is behind schedule, etc. Now the email address can’t be found. And the do block you from commenting on their social media adds if you speak out negatively about them. They deleted my comments and blocked me. Do NOT do business with this company.

Placed an order via PayPal on April 28th. They charged me, but I never received my item, tried to contact them 4 times, they keep saying they'll look into it and then I never hear anything back. Tried resolving it through PayPal but they won't reply through that, either. Did not receive a refund and I'm not holding my breath. My order has to be cancelled first and I've been waiting and waiting. I suspect this company also deletes the negative feedback on social media because I saw several comments warning others (which I wish I would've saw before wasting my money) disappear, as well as my own. Heed these warnings and save your money.

As others said, 1 star is even too much. I ordered my contacts July 10, 2018. Paid $70 (also have noticed because I check the website routinely since my order, they ALWAYS change their prices with “sales”. Of course I bought during a non-sale time). It is May 13, 2019 and I still haven’t received my contacts. I have emailed them probably 10 times, and I get excuses upon excuses in return. I reached out to them on Instagram. Every time I see them post on social media, I comment negatively to warn other potential buyers. So please do the same!! Just DO NOT BUY from them. They’ll take your money and never send you anything. I truthfully wish I paid with PayPal so that they could have stepped in.

I am very disappointed! They didn't have an option for 0 stars. I ordered my contacts on March 29th and in my account it continues to say unfulfilled. I paid for my item and still have not received it. I've emailed and complained numerous times about this to them and still haven't gotten a reply. So I suggest to anyone DO NOT ODER ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WONT GET ANYTHING. What a scam. I'm so upset

I have ordered eye contacts on 2018 november. Still waiting for my order. Have asking to pay back my money, but they are ignoring my Message. Just promise that one fine day i will receive my order.

Terrible company. They took my money and never sent me anything in return. I’ve spoken with customer service and they keep saying the products will be delivered within a week. This was 2 months ago. They consistently say the same thing and deliver nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM.

Again Buyer beware!!! Per email shipping was 02/12/19, with 4 days tracked shipping. A month later, shipment was never received. Emailed twice and NEVER received any response. Lucky I paid thru Paypal and was able to dispute and receive my money back.

Seems like a scam!! I ordered January 26 2019, just one pair to get a feel for this company. It is now March 7 2019 and I have not received my order even tho I received an email stating they had shipped with no tracking number. I sent 3 emails to the address listed on the website and none of them have been answered. I had to go to their Instagram page and send them a message. Finally I got ahold of someone, they told me they were in the process of moving their company to Georgia in the USA from Australia and I would receive my order in a couple days as they moved my order up to priority, that was 2 weeks ago. Still have not got my order. Think I’m out my $30. Think I’ll try the eye candy company b/c this one is clearly a scam and a poor example of a competent company
