The experience at Brindley Kia West Bromwich was great because the sales manager Tim was not pushy or overbearing and answered all questions, explaining everything we asked. Purchase went smoothly.

I have searched for a car for a long time. I have visited many show rooms and met many Carsales people.
When I visited Hyundai in Cannock John was very good at listening to what I was looking for. Communication was good and John continues to be a support for any concerns that I have.

Friendly staff. Easy to arrange a test drive. Kieran the salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy but when the decision to buy had been made he explained all the options and dealt with the sale efficiently. All questions were answered and after sales process for servicing etc explained.

Sam was great he looked after me and when I pop back to ask about few extra questions he was helpful and he looked after me, great people there :)

No communication. Sent a bill with a red urgent warning when car was in for MOT, attempted to authorise this but it would not go through. Attempted to call the store to ask what was going on. Switchboard lady was lovely in fairness, but could not get through to the store. Requested a call back, but instead was sent a text message and hour later saying to call them. Took another 20 minutes to get through only to be told that more work than estimated needed doing but no more information than that. Eventually spoke to someone who said that the estimated work would be far more significant than originally estimated, quoting another £1200 on top of the previously quoted price. I realised that the work being quoted was cosmetic only and asked if my car had passed its MOT. It had. Nothing was communicated at all regarding this, just a big red urgent saying it needed fixing. When questioned why this hadn't been communicated was told "we're communicating it now". Unacceptable, since it had taken me 2 hours to get this information, and was only given it on my request

Reserved a car online, no contact, no nothing, called them, no call back, called in to discuss the purchase with them to be told the car has been reserved by someone else and that I had reserved when they were closed despite websites generally being open 24/7. Apparently the other person reserved at 3pm 3 hours before me, which I don’t believe to be true, there is apparently a glitch in their system, but they can’t provide evidence that the car was already reserved. They have now made me wait about an hour for a refund of my holding fee, personally I believe they are not being truthful and they have held the car for someone they know, do not trust them poor service, even sat here waiting listening to calls from unhappy customers

A reasonable purchasing experience

On our first visit to your show room we were greeted and looked after by Sarah Whitehouse. Sarah was friendly polite and professional ,and nothing was too much trouble. We visited the show room on several occasions and dealt with Sarah each time eventually purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend both Brindle Group Cannock and Sarah.

Honest very helpful. Tom gave me a trade in over the phone, had the car ready to look at and test drive. The deal was made simple by Tom. No stupid fee to do the deal (unlike my local MG dealership at Holmes chapel £195). Agreed a collection date and Tom had it ready to go. Recommend

The buying experience of my new car from Brindley was easy and no stress. I feel the deal I got on the car was good and expect the after service will be good also. I gave 4 stars due to the valet I feel wasn’t really up to scratch. There was sticky dash cleaner all over the interior which needed to be cleaned off when I got the car home. I feel that rather than give the car a thorough clean, it was a quick spray and wipe.
