2nd time I have used British Bathrooms and again experienced a quick despatch and delivery. Price was good and stocked the item I needed. Overall a good experience.

Sometimes it is hard to find a decent shower curtain which is 240cm wide by 180cm in depth.
I purchased the Diamond Extra Heavy Weighted shower curtain which was £13.99 at the time (September 2026). Good price!
P&P was slightly high at £5.99 but you make some back with the shower curtain being great value. All in all, a good experience and quick delivery.
As long as this product or similar remains a good price, I would definitely buy again from them. Many thanks.

This is scam company. I wish I have read reviews before ordering. They do not reply you and do not pick up their phones. Only after my order has not arrived at all and viewing the reviews I have checked their website and found their website has all elements of the scam company. I wonder how they still allowed to do business and continue to fool the people. They need to be investigated. For all others avoide them by all means. Do not be fooled by their prices

Great website and wel populated product descriptions. Technical measurements were great as all the details provided ensured it would fit first time. Quick dispatch and quality feeling and easy to fit instructions. I will use British Bathrooms again.

Order was received on time and well packed. We were out when it arrived but the package was left in a concealed space near our front door and a note put through our letterbox. Product was RAK Kitchen Sink Mixer KIT018.

Ordered a brushed brass scudo radiator and valves. After hunting around British Bathroom Company was the cheapest place, including p&p to purchase from. Easy transaction and delivered safely and promptly.

I ordered a Shaws kitchen sink, waste traps and overflows in April this year and the issues I have had have only just been sorted out now in September due to the Managing Director stepping in, Sam Hird who I am grateful for.

The staff I had been dealing with kept changing the goalpost saying one thing then asking me to do another it has been an absolute nightmare over something as stupid as sinks. Life is too short DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they Never answer their phones and you rarely get an email back due to their very odd system they say they have which is most strange as the only company in the world I know that claims this system.

To clarify the order DID NOT "arrive on time and in full" as stated incorrectly below by the MD in direct reply to this feedback. Sam please check the trail on this order and you will see whatever you have been told by your team is incorrect. I spent many a day waiting in for a courier that didnt arrive.

The sales person called me after I had placed my order to say that the sink was showing in stock online but in fact wasn't and there was a few weeks delay in delivery now. That dragged on and on and hence caused numerous problems to re book the plumbers who had been lined up to fall in line with what the website was saying adding a few days for good measure. It was NOT straight forward as the company are suggesting below as they do not answer their phones or emails promptly hence you are left hanging for weeks not knowing what is going on and slightly worrying when you have placed a lot of money in their hands with nothing to show.

I have renovated houses all my life and never come across a company that works like this. I am so glad it's all over now.

What a waste of human worry and energy over sinks and a company that just cant look after their customers needs and communicate.

We ordered a sink and THEY sent us the wrong sink which was a nightmare as our kitchen worktop was being installed and the sink did not fit!. Made contact by email as their phone lines don’t work and was told that a courier would collect the sink last Thursday, heard nothing waited in all day on the off chance but no one showed. Still out of pocket, no collection of sink arranged and no refund. I wouldn’t recommend using this company because if there’s a problem they go quiet and keep your money!
