Got an apple and a coconut bath bomb on my girlfriend but crumbled to pieces smells nice how did this stuff in it but it's just not put in correctly just crumbled to pieces had it a mess a bath bomb on my floor

The essential oils I ordered along with a bracelet arrived in time to give to my daughter in-law for her birthday,next week. Know she will like them,she loves her oils. With this Covid-19 going on and shipping times longer for things in the mail,one was worried.

I just read the reviews and felt compelled to write one. I ordered 2 boxes of the bath bombs from Amazon to put in “wellness” bags for coworkers for Christmas 2020. One box was perfect, the other had about 6 crushed bath bombs. I had enough to make up my gift bags but took pictures and emailed them to Bubbly Belle. They responded immediately, apologizing for what happened and mailed me a whole new box of bath bombs. Great customer service. As far as the rings go, I have ordered multiple bath bombs with the rings. I have gifted them to my daughters. Yes, they are not “real” stones, but I wear them everyday, they have never turned my finger green and I have received numerous compliments on them. Is the bath bomb a little pricey? Yeah, maybe. But is it fun? Yes.

When I received my box with the three bath bombs in it, one of the bath bombs had a big dent in it. And when my daughter took off the wrapper, the whole thing just crumbled. We had crushed bath bomb all over the floor
I dont remember which one it was but I still have Orange Coconut and Massage.

I'm sure everyone read the adv. For Bubble BELLa. I hate to pop the bubbles in your "Suppose to be bubbly bubble bath but don't bother ordering. Hardly any fragrance and no bubbles. And the rings cute and very cheap. Thanks....

Apparently I have a subscription but can not log into an account with the email address they send the email to.

After entering the code I received in my bomb, it said I won a ring. I thought good even if they are cheap I have found another use for them. But it's not true. You only get the supposedly free ring if you make a purchase of 3 bath bombs. That's a scam any way you look at it. And it angers me. Also they state the rings in the bombs value at $30-$75. Everyone i have received is sooooo cheap and similar rings can be bought at Walmart for a few bucks, a lot cheaper. Same goes for bath bombs. Also check out the BBB to see what they have to say.

I placed an order had to spend more just to get the free prize for it to only be 15.00 right after that I got a charge for Uber 30.68 needless to say I can’t get my money back and I won’t be ordering from them again they are scam artists at its finest. I’m so 🤬🤬 pissed off.

I LOVE these! My boyfriend purchased these for me as a surprise because he knew I was almost out of the ones I had. They smell amazing, the colors are pretty, I absolutely love the door hanger especially because it’s laminated, and I love that there is a description on the back of what each bath bomb is targeted for. They have a good amount of foam and inspirational sayings in the middle. When I ran out, I asked him to order me more. This is the ONLY company I get bath bombs from now! :)

Horrible customer service.

Like many other people, Bubbly Belle robbed us of the money for a subscription, though we placed only one order.

We assumed that it was an honest mistake, so they would have a return policy, but we were wrong. They said we could return the box at our own cost, and they would refund us when they received it, not including the shipping.

Beware of these scammers.

My daughter gave me bath bombs for mother's day - I sed "the code" to see what my ring was worth. Offered a "free" prize, but the site FORCES you through buying more and more stuff. And in the end my credit card was charged without me confirming the purchase.

So, my supposedly "free" gift cost me thirty dollars' worth of more bath bombs I did not need or want. Also, who pays ten bucks a piece for bath bombs?!?!?

So I looked up how to do a return/refund? Guess what?! They don’t accept them.

Bubbly belle is nothing but a scam! I truly wish I had checked them out better instead of being excited to try their products. Save your money and don't be dazzled by pictures of beautiful rings....the rings actually included are cheap and turn ones finger green after just a few times wearing it.

Even though we had some confusion with the orders.Bubbly Belle straighten everything out. Your good on your orders

Ordered twice from you guys and come to find out that you guys were charging me for bath bombs every month. The first time I blamed my kids because I thought they ordered it and yesterday I notice I was charged for more and know I didn’t make any purchase and now I know it was not my kids because I was to work. So I disputed the charge and you guys won’t be able to charge me anymore. People must be careful of ordering things online. Will not happen again

These people are an absolute scam! They signed me up for a subscription that I did not authorize. When I refused the package, they refused to refund my money. I had to sign up on their website to cancel an account I NEVER signed up for!
Watch out for them! They have shady business practices!

I love Bubbly Belle bath bombs and the rings last year from mother's day to a little after 4th of july in 2020 but the last time I made my order I received my bath bombs but my checking account took a huge hit I got a call from the fraud company that my bank goes through and I was asked if I used door dash. Uber some lift company and marijuana gummies considering I live in Minnesota and a tiny country town of Cloverton just out of sandstone MN we don't even have uber and no door dash and I am a volunteer first responder and fire fighter I have never done a day in my life I did not but drug gummies out of Colorado thank God I got my $300.00 and some dollers back but I will not order bubbly belle again even though I miss my bubbly belle baths I need my money for bills I'm not telling people not to order them but make sure you look at your bank statements every month thank you for your time!

You never answer emails.. have been trying to cancel deliveries for my granddaughter, she is only 16 and never signed for monthly deliveries.. but keeps getting money taken out of her account… it was suppose to be a one off purchase

I have ordered two orders I love it an I can give the rings as gifts I had an problem an they took care of it

I ordered my rings over a month ago and they still haven't been sent yet I have emailed several times to find out what's going in and just keep getting told they are getting ready to be sent and I keep getting emails to review my product but obviously I can't cause they haven't even been sent yet
