Stunning looking and yummy tasting 1 st Holy Communion biscuits. The communication, delivery and actual biscuits were absolutely amazing.

The best customer service I have received in a long time! I cannot recommend Lynsey and her team enough, they have looked after me so well over the years as I have given them increasingly tighter deadlines and never once been let down. Bonus that the cookies taste unbelievable too! :)

Very quick delivery, attention to detail in packaging was second to none. The smell when opening the box was mouthwatering before even indulging in the deliciousness. Hard to pick a favourite as they are all amazing

I placed a large order for biscuits for a special event. The biscuits arrived stuck to a padded paper base in each box and I had to try to prise them off the bases, but it was impossible without leaving paper behind on their bases. This rendered them unsuitable to use for the event.

When I raised this with the company, their response was dismissive. The biscuits themselves are pretty and tasty but my interactions with Bumble and Goose over this issue and also the delivery (not arriving next day, despite paying for Next Day Delivery) were very disappointing.

Ordering a delightful dessert for a buddy's birthday was a breeze. Residing in New Zealand, I fully intend to rely on Bumble and Goose in the future for sending gifts to my family and friends in Ireland.

Found this company through a google search and needed some cakes delivering in Edinburgh for my daughters 30th Birthday.
I needed them to go to a restaurant as a surprise .
The cakes were lovely and delicious and delivered just as they promised!

I found Bumble and Goose through a quick Google search and reached out with a very last-minute request - corporate branded biscuits for an event happening the next day. With less than one working day’s notice, they managed to bake and deliver the biscuits fresh by 8:30 AM on the day of the event. I was blown away by Lynsey and the team’s incredibly fast responses and amazing service. Everyone loved the biscuits! I’ll definitely be ordering again (and I promise to give you a bit more notice next time 😅).

I was able to phone and talk to someone about design and time needed for order completion (for customised biscuits I ordered on a Saturday and they arrived in perfect time on Thursday (with next day delivery option taking into account order completion time). They arrived in perfect condition. My friend was so happy with his surprise present. I uploaded 10 customised pictures (a combination of photos & prints) - my friend sent me a photo - I was truly amazed. The quality was perfect. I could not have asked for more. A very unique gift. And I've been assured they taste delicious!

I am so happy with the deliciousness of the cookie and it smelled really nice when the box opened. The presentation was lovely too.

Within a couple of days I’ve submitted my second order with bumble and goose and I must say I’m absolutely their products and service. On both occasions I asked if our personalised cookies could be processed earlier which they did immediately the next day. It’s the sweetest little idea and family, friends + colleagues are absolutely delighted
