Just picked up my new car last week from Burrows Sheffield, absolutely fantastic service by Luke and the team. Never purchased a new car before the process was made so easy and there was no hard sell. Car was tailored to my needs and I was kept informed at every step! Luke was amazing very patient and great attention to detail to ensure it fit my needs. Bought the car on the first visit to the showroom! Can’t recommend them more if you want fair and transparent service!

Joe was great from the start of our experience to the end. The car we found on the website was brought to the Wickersley branch by Joe for my Wife and I to view and have a test drive. There was no pressure to purchase, but once we drove it we decided to purchase it. Joe was very good at explaining everything about the vehicle even connecting our phones to the system. The service we received from Burrows was excellent.

Borrows Doncaster ,from been let down by the staff at this garage.We decided to go to BORROWS Rotherham, what a difference.We was greeted by a young lady called Isabelle. Excellent staff, Isabelle was fantastic,friendly efficient and great communication. Very helpful, car is perfect and the whole buying process was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend.

No hard sales pitch, Liam clearly explained the car and what Burrows could offer, not only financially but service support etc. 2 sessions, one to buy, one to collect. Both really professional.

I dropped my Hilux at burrows Toyota for a service and inspection, After a poor experience last service i was hoping for a better job after been promised it was a “one off” by the previous service manger.
I collected my car returned to Sheffield only for my colleague to point out oil on the floor, on inspection we found oil leaking from around the filter, i contacted burrows sending a picture direct to the service manager who then sent a “master technician” to check the leak out, on arrival he said filter was just not tight after tightening he left.
It was later pointed out by one of our workshop mangers who was watching on cctv the vehicle was never started and the bonnet was never even lifted to check the oil... i would image oil would have to be checked after a leak ??
I told all staff involved I did not want my money back but Over 300 pounds for an oil change then to be with out a car for the night and no trust in the work carried out. I think burrows needs to have a serious look at its training and quality control, i sadly won’t be using them ever again and id be very careful if you consider taking your car there,all the fancy titles do not a guarantee good workmanship infact having used the service twice both times there have been considerable issues and severe incompetence!!

To add after reading the mangers response the master technician on camera says “I can’t lie the filter has been left loose” so it’s a complete lie about oil in the under tray loose means leaking. Leaking means the engine oil levels must be checked new picture showing leaking oil filter still 300 pounds down and doing there job for them

So easy, no trouble at all, professional,polite and friendly, and just a great experience

My wife and i have just purchased a new Toyota Aygo X from Burrows Toyota in Rotherham.
Our salesperson was Evelina Huidu.She was one of the most helpful people we have ever been served by.
Nothing was too much trouble,and she explained everything in detail so that we knew exactly what was happening.
This is the third Aygo we have purchased from Burrows in Rotherham and i can honestly say we are always highly delighted with the service that we receive.
