Buy't aka Buyt -Vouchers may not be honoured
I was asked to create a listing on Buyt (aka Buy't)'s webpage. After only a preliminary phone chat to discuss a coupon for my business, I was very shocked to receive an email shortly after saying the listing was already live with AI versions of photos from my website.
I didn't feel comfortable that Visitors to the Buyt website were able to add a voucher for hundreds of dollars worth of my services to their shopping cart before I had agreed to all:
*Buyt's T & C's (inc. how I would be paid)
*the specific terms and conditions of what I was and wasn't offering in the coupon.
A couple of weeks later, after multiple emails and calls to take the listing down, I finally received a message saying my listing had 'expired' in late November 2025.
Last week (May 2026), however, I received an email from 'Listeo' at Buyt saying the voucher for my business had been relisted. I sent a cancellation message to the address at the bottom of that email - but it bounced and there are no contact details on their webpage.
I will find a way to take down the listing, but please be careful as there may be other coupons on that website that may not be approved by the suppliers.
