I have been really impressed with Camerich. Great products and the service from Carolina and Tom was excellent. The team could not be more helpful.

Camerich are a class act. Great service and expertise and happy with the deal we received too. Marnie looked after us and was charming and very informative and clued up on her stock. A great experience. Looking forward to our sofa arriving in due course.

It was a smooth and easy going experience, from the store visit, the order and delivery process. Lexi has been very responsive and helpful with the queries after we left the store which helped for us to have the new sofa at home in less than two weeks.

Anna-Mariya is exceptional! She went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered on time for my client's return. Her communication was clear and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her services. Honestly, if it weren't for Anna-Mariya, I doubt my order would have arrived on time. My previous experience with customer service had not been satisfactory, but Anna-Mariya's dedication and professionalism completely turned things around. Five stars well deserved!

De kwaliteit van de bankstellen is slecht, al na een paar dagen sporen van doorzitten. Blijkbaar was de kwaliteit een aantal jaren heel goed, maar is het daarmee steeds bergafwaarts gegaan en met de prijs bergopwaarts.
Reeds vele mails geschreven maar zoals zovelen nooit een antwoord gekregen. Ons tapijt dat in augustus besteld is is nog steeds niet geleverd, gelukkig hebben we in december nog niet voor het tapijt betaald, zoals ons gevraagd werd.
Heel ontevreden dus, jammer dat we geen 0 kunnen geven. Dit gaat over Camerich Antwerpen

Marnie knew the products, delivery options, technical details and was super helpful from entering to leaving the shop. Also Email correspondence was excellent, timely, helpful and providing details in a visual manner. Overall, great experience.

Many thanks to Anna-Mariya for all her help when picking out our furniture pieces in store, but also her continuous responsiveness and input via email over the several weeks post-initial visit and before finalising the order. Really looking forward to receiving our furniture pieces soon!

We went into store and were helped out by Carolina who was excellent. She helped us choose the best option for us and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and the best options. We then placed an order and everything was seamless. Would definitely recommend Carolina - can’t wait to get our sofa now!

The fab window display is what drew us in! We saw a fab sofa ( the Casa) and loved it . The store layout was very easy to shop and styles /fabrics easy to browse and choose. We were served by Anna - Mariya, who dealt with us from our first step into the shop to our placing of the order. Anna-Mariya was brilliant. She was friendly, patient (she needed to be!) she was very knowledgeable,as well as being very efficient. The whole experience was great, she helped along every stage and nothing was too much trouble. We love our choice (although we have only just ordered so not received yet) and the whole process was handled very professionally and superbly by Anna- Mariya. She is a credit to your Company. I reluctantly visited the Chelsea showroom with my partner on a Saturday morning (I dislike shopping in stores!). But we were approached by Carolina Ferreyra who provided such a professional, warm & diligent service. From sourcing furniture from the different showrooms, to keeping me informed on stock availability, to assisting with arranging delivery of my furniture; to providing me with urgent documentation on time, Carolina Ferreyra went far & beyond, and really converted me to a Camerich client - so much so that I’ve recommending the company to my friends and family.

The showroom was nicely presented and we were given time to look around at our pace. When help was needed Marnie was on hand and amazing. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the lazy time plus deep four seater sofa and ended up buying two. A great experience and we can’t wait to receive the sofas.

Camerich is one of the Best furniture stores in London - I've many pieces of furniture & cushions from them & always excellent service - Abbie was the last person I saw recently when I was purchasing new cushion covers & was 5⭐️ - I've highly recommend them to clients of mine who have purchased sofa's & beds & have been very pleased - keep up the amazing customer service.Martin

Carolina at Camerich was outstanding. We recently bought a dining room suite at the Chelsea store. Carolina was efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble and the service from the time of inquiry to the delivery to our home was seamless. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Sam at Camerich was second to none. He could not have been more helpful, efficient and had a great design eye. The brief was to provide furniture/accessory for a 2 bedroom flat and the brief was followed perfectly, just what we wanted. The delivery went so smoothly and the assembly team on the day were wonderful too. All in all would not hesitate to recommend.

Very good customer service.
I contacted the Camerich team because I had lost the long screws needed to keep different parts of a sofa together. Even though the sofa was purchased a couple of years ago, they were super responsive and sent me the screws the same day. It is rare to see this kind of after sale support .
