We have used Canaccord for the past few years, and they truly cannot do enough to support their clients. I recently experienced an issue logging in, and Jess Walker was excellent — she guided me through the process step by step and ensured I was able to access our portfolio without any problems.
How Canaccord treat their clients
My experience of Canaccord Wealth has covered over 5 years, with annual reviews with a dedicated manager (that does not change every year {a further indication that this company treats its employees as it treats its clients}) and in this particular case, I forgot a password to log in to the online site to access my portfolio details.
A simple call (answered immediately by Jayne Clarkson) put me through security to identify me, followed by an immediate resolution of the problem. This is what is considered the "old fashioned" standard of banking, which can be considered rare among financial institutions these days, but fortunately not with Canaccord.
Unable to Log In
I have been unable to log in for a few days. Phoned the helpline and Jayne Clarkson talked me through the process brilliantly. After a few minutes I was logged in. Thank you Jayne.

Excellent Customer Services Support
I had forgotten my login credentials for the Conaccord website. I phoned the client services support number and got through to a customer support agent immediately, the lady who helped me was Jayne and she was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, in just a few short minutes I was in and able to access my data. I recently needed help logging into my account with Canaccord wealth management. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the online support was to use. I phoned the number for customer support and was connected to Jayne who was friendly and helpful. She patiently answered my questions and walked me through the steps needed to reset my password. I felt supported and relieved that I could get back into my account without any hassle.
