I would not call myself an afficionado and only purchase one or two cigars a month. Orders are processed promptly and the cigars arrive in excellent condition.

I appreciate the option (by arrangement) of being able to buy either 30g or 50g of the bulk pipe blends.
I'm not sure how this is achieved, but the postal service usually gets the tobacco from Chch to my place in Wgtn the following day from ordering, so very fast despatch and a good freighting service being used.
I have also been able to request a specific pipe blend, and have this added to the next order. Assuming that the requested blend is from one of the suppliers that is nice service to offer.
Regardless there is always an interesting range of pipe blends either in stock or on order at any one time anyway.

The only thing I think you could do better for me as if you could let me know when you're getting low in stock of my favorite tobacco giving me the opportunity to purchase more before you run out of current supplies
