I have attempted, I repeat attempted to buy cigars both locally and from Auckland (nearest large city to me). Unfortunately the places that do stock them have no idea about the types of vitola, tobacco or cannot even make a recommendation through lack of experience.
Canteros on the other hand love cigars. All that needs to be said.

Generally, very good service but sometimes out of stock which can be frustrating. They let me know when stock becomes available. We mark for Saturday delivery when required.

The service was extremely fast
The service was extremely fast. I ordered some products in the morning and by the afternoon of the next day they were at my doorstep. Not only that but the invoice came with a note from Grant saying "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" - this level of personalisation in service is outstanding
