This branch of cardfactory is perfect for me,due to the loctaion and easy parking and a special staff member called Antony. Who has been very helpfull on a few occaisons when i have visted this branch of which i am very gratefull, so a big big thank you to you Antony.

The company that thinks you’re stupid! I made an online order. As soon as I checked my email I spotted the address mistake. I called customer services straight away to rectify it. I only received half my order and the Royal Mail parcel was sent back. They said the post code was wrong. I called again and was told I would just have to wait. My child wouldn’t be getting his card in time now!!
Bottom line is my child didn’t get his personalised birthday card and wrapping paper. That’s not fair!!
The lady I was talking to down right lied to me! Telling me the address was right…it couldn’t have been or Royal Mail wouldn’t have sent it back to them! As a good will gesture they refunded the missing items. (That should have been done anyway I think) She ended all correspondence then! Rude, very rude…not at one point was I rude to them her. Really bad service! Mistakes happen, I put it right. Card factory customer service screwed up and had to lie instead of apologising for getting it wrong. Has the order been cancelled now?? I would have still liked the card..who knows….

UPDATE
As soon as I posted this review card Factory got back to say they still haven’t received it back. It’s been 10 days since Royal Mail sent it back to them.
They will post it back to me…it took 6 days and this review to tell me what was going on. Coincidence…🤔 I finally know what’s happening.

Such helpful staff in Canvey island branch, I was served by Kira but all staff helpful, lovely shopping experience, store is well stocked and clean

I came to The Card Factory today in Leigh. What wonderful products. I wanted wrapping paper, what a great selection. I also bought bows. I only spent £5 but the staff were very happy, smiling people. Really genuine xx

Rebecca at the Northampton mereway branch was absolutely wonderful.
She was kind, helpful and lovely.
She helped me sort out some balloons for my son's girlfriend and she was very impressive.
She deserves a day off or a pay rise as she was brilliant.

Card factory in Sligo is the worst store with the worst service. I bought some gel balloons for my birthday on Saturday afternoon. And this is how they are on Monday morning. I wrote to their customer support on their website, they said they couldn't help me, contact the store. But I work all week, I can't contact them, not to mention that they didn't give me a receipt or any service recommendations. Although they were just sitting at home at room temperature the whole time.

Such a fantastic service from Sophie at the Llandudno Card Factory shop. Thank you for helping me choose my daughter's birthday balloons.

I visited card factory in sleaford on Friday. I needed some balloons for work to promote an event we were having that day. Catherine the store colleague helped me pick the perfect balloons. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Will most definitely visit again. Thank you

Had a great experience this afternoon (June 1st) 55 High St Exeter branch. I was there with my 9 year old granddaughter and she wanted a K-Pop poster. There was some lovely interaction with the staff in the shop, unfortunately I lost my receipt with their names but they were a great credit to the brand. Fabulous customer service, thank you

Bought a Helium balloon with weight from Leeds Crown Point. Within 10 minutes it had become loose and flew away inside another shop. I returned to Card Factory immediately to be informed it was Company Policy not to refund. Clearly the balloon wasn't tied on correctly but that somehow is my responsibility. Note no kids were involved except the ones working at the shop who were clearly untrained and dissinterested

Leanne in mold store was very friendly, helping me choose a 90 birthday balloon for my father in law. She was thoughtful, considerate and so lovely . It was like she was doing this for her own family member. Really lovely lady and a credit to the company. Thankyou for being ace

Called to Marina Quay shop got everything l needed as usual. Lovely ladies very helpful. Shop looking fab lots of nice gift ideas.

Bought some confetti ballon’s in store. When I went to blow them up 5 out of the 6 had holes in them where the confetti stuck and then removed itself causing holes. Waste of money. They also didn’t give me a receipt as the lady was too busy talking with someone she knew. So I have no way of returning. If you’re going to get any of the ballon’s just make sure they’re plain!

Excellent customer service today from Courtney at your New Addington, Croydon branch. She was very helpful and professional.

I usually buy in store, and find the stores clean and tidy plus a fair choice and helpful staff. The stores would receive 5 stars. However, for a special occasion I would not chance Card Factory's online site again. I ordered and paid for a card, received the card, but no envelope. As it is not a normal size I emailed Customer Services and was assured that a replacement envelope would be dispatched 1st class. Needless to say, never arrived. So they've lost an online customer.

UPDATE - I HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR MORE INFORMATION FROM CARD FACTORY, BUT NO FURTHER INFORMATION REQUIRED. This happened, and i will not order online from them again, no point!

The staff in the store at Cortonwood, Barnsley were very friendly and helpful.
They were happy in their jobs , worked well together and it shone through ! It was quite uplifting after having a stressful day .
The shop itself was lovely and clean and the stock well presented

Card factory staff at both Newgate street & Tindale Bishop Auckland are always very helpful. The shops are always clean and tidy and I always find everything I need at a great price!

Card Factory TOTALLY let us down on a friend's very important birthday. They also wasted many miserable hours of my time as I tried, unsuccessfully, to sort the problem out. The big box of helium balloons we ordered on Next Day Delivery failed to arrive on the promised Thursday. I spent hours trying to chase them on Friday - so at least the birthday girl had them for her party on Saturday - but I just got messages that Customer Service was closed. It seems they don't work between Friday afternoon and Monday - so tough luck to customers with an urgent issue. Maybe they think customers don't hold weekend celebratons!! I then spent hours trying to chase up DHL -their simply diabolical, customer loathing couriers. Of course, I got nowhere. After what seemed like a lifetime of button pushing on the phone, I got a curt, totally unapologetic robot message that my delivery was 'delayed'! . The, by now, deflating balloons, eventually turned up at the party venue two days AFTER the event. As much use as a bicycle is to a dead fish. PLEASE don't let Card Factory ruin YOUR special party..,
