I have sent parcels through cargo force twice already, and I can say that, it was the best customer service I have received so far. On time collection of parcel from your home and reasonable prices and good communication throughout and without any hassle safe delivery of the package on the receiving end. Great company to deal with!
I have recently sent four large boxes of household items to Perth, Australia. As an ageing man, I initially found some difficulty with filling in the paperwork but Mr Anwar Shaikh, at Cargo Force, eased me through this with great patience.
I found the process simple in the end, and very reasonably priced. I was delighted that the goods arrived safely with my daughter in Australia only four days after I took them to East Midlands Airport. I can recommend this company for excellent service and assistance.

We booked a big parcel to India and cargo force was the best on price and delivery. The service and comms was also great. Overall a great value for money. We would have struggled to send it from any other service as the parcel was big and cargo force did it at the fraction of a price in just 7 days

we gave good opinion for cargo force service recently for Rafique but I regret and withdraw my opinion. we booked small cargo for 33 kg and he booked , delivery after 14 days to our destination. From UK we could bring by truck in 12 days to our destination. We decided to bring by air because of urgency. he booked without warning us and we came to know after we got AWB. He gave lame excuses. We decided to stop future business with Cago force.

Furthermore, we have very limited options for "Almaty", and at present situation only 7L Airline fly to this destination. Its an indirect flight and estimated time for this is 8 to 10 days and no other carriers accept the aforesaid destination. If you would have requested us before booking about time frame delivery we would have not accepted and we are always happy to try and assist with booking orders as a freight forwarder. Very nice service from this company. Instructions were very clear, Rafiqe was really helpful.We had no issues to collect our luggages, there was a minor handling fee to be paid at the airport when we collected items and few forms to be completed as well.
Will use the service from this company again.

We shared the quotation based on the weight & dimensions you'd shared with us; the airlines take the higher side of the two as chargeable weight( Volume weight obtained from the dimension) or actual weight (obtained from the weighing scale). The quotation we presented was as per the dimensions and weight provided, and the volume weight was higher than the actual weight, thus chargeable was different. Trustworthy, genuine and quick
Have communicated with Anwar for around a year as things were unclear during the pandemic and lockdown with shipping, Anwar was very helpful and quick to respond. When I was ready and things opened up, Anwar explained all the requirements and time lines to me again and I gave him my packing list with descriptions and value and he sent me the cost estimate. Things went very quickly then and I was given the address of the depot where to deliver my shipment and it all went very well, all in all in about a week or so my shipment was at its destination. So really excellent. Although I was a bit unsure with the company, as it was just a simple online search, Anwar‘s communication throughout the process was reassuring and I went with them without even checking others. Only thing you need to bear in mind is you need to give them time to work on your request and if you‘re told you‘ll be called at a certain time that might not happen but it doesn‘t mean they forgot about you, it just means work in progress nothing new. There is a bit of passivity as well but not too bad if you take the whole experience into consideration. Trustworthy, quick and reasonably priced and that‘s all it matters. Nothing lost, make sure you pack your stuff well so it doesn‘t get damaged in transit. Also bear in mind they are not responsible for any mess and delays once your shipment is at destination, make sure you are aware of the general customs, customs clearance, regulations and further transport/ storage costs at your destination, clearing my shipment took about 2 weeks with the help of „decision making acquaintances“, additional expenses and „gifts“…Definitely recommended and will use again in the future without hesitation.

Communication was excellent but cost and duration was more than expected.
The communication was very prompt and timely. Duration of pickup postponed a few times and the delay in delivery was rather too long. Eventually when goods arrived at destination airport had challenges to collect the parcel as there were further delays of more than a week and end up being charged storage and unnecessary bribe to get my parcel. Overally it ended up being not cost effective with all the payments and charges just for sending a parcel.
