It seems my credit card refused the sale sonl think l have been saved

Was worried after reading reviews after ordering..emailed and no response but returned home to my order arrived in 4 days correct colour thank you!

Ordered paint for my sons Mercedes A180. (universe blue) received after nearly 3 weeks. Bronze. I gave them the registration as they asked for. Sent 5 emails now no response. Avoid like the plague.

As with a number of other comments the paint i received did not match my car. I have e-mailed twice and they have not bothered to reply.

After e-mailing 3/4 times I finally got a reply and have now received the correct paint

Avoid Total Scam.
Ordered paint on 9th August, had return email stating they required colour code. Sent codes. Enquired about delivery various times, eventually told item had been sent on the 15th and to allow a couple of days for delivery. Now 21st and still waiting!!!!
If it does decide to turn up now, I’m now expecting the wrong colour like everyone else’s review.
Very sad that people like this are scamming and aren’t stopped.

Certainly avoid this company. Sent incorrect colour and then ignored emails requesting correct colour. A very poor service and a waste of money.

Sent my registration and I received the wrong colour. Should have read the reviews first. Avoid them like the Plague. They will not respond to emails and phone is not answered.

Worst company i have dealt with sent reg and paint code Amazonite grey they sent a red paint a million miles from mine.I have spent last three days ringing and emailing no reply cowboys please don't be caught out read the reviews.I have contacted my card company and they are going to look in to this company.

I ordered my products 1 month ago, they will not respond to emails and the phone is forever on answerphone. What a bunch of cowboys. I really wished I read the reviews first and would never had ordered.

Like so many others, I wish I had come here first to avoid. I ordered two colours, they did arrive. Unfortunately, the packaging and one plastic pot was punctured. Obviously not their fault, good old Royal Mail.

I contacted them via their feedback email, no response. All I asked for was a replacement pot and I would transfer the contents. Hence 1 star.

Listen to your feedback, and sort it out!

Not allowed to put zero or negative stars. Sell a poor match of colour and do not respond to enquiries. Wish I checked here first

Google maps StreetView and investigations shows that are also Lothian Bodyshop (units D & E) on the same industrial site.

Make sure you send stuff back ASAP, as per returns policy : then your credit card company can do them for breach of contract. Hope this helps

3 weeks after ordering and still no delivery. Not answering phone or emails and I have now discovered this site with lots of the same feedback. Great, looks like I have been done. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Ordered paint changed my mind an hour later
Sent 7 emails cancelling order got 1 email back only saying email received
Then phoned 12 times automated reply each time
Then got email saying order being processed
Sent more emails cancelling
Paint arrived today
Have not opened it have now asked for refund not holding my breath
£3.74 Postage for 2 1st stamps
Wish I'd consulted Trust Pilot before wasting £19

I placed an order for touch up kit for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, as there was no paint code I was told they could match from registration number. A week ago I received email stating they could not match the colour, no mention of refund. Since then emailed and called but no reply, so I suspect I have lost my money. I suggest you do not deal with this company, highly suspicious of them.

I placed an order for a car paint kit. It has been so long now I am loosing the will live. I have sent this company numerous emails and never once have they responded. I cannot help feeling after reading other reviews, I might not receive the kit that I ordered.

I am so disappointed with the lack of response “nothing” I can’t help feeling that I have been fleeced!!!

In my experience using this company has been incredibly poor. I would suggest going to Halfords which I have now done, great service, the product I Purchased was perfect!!!

Awful service. Paint arrived but totally wrong colour. No answer on the telephone, emailed them but no response.

Further to my previous review, I eventually received an email, saying that they had sent an email requesting further details of the car paint. Unfortunately I did not see this email. It then took some days before they responded to my emails complaining about non delivery, but eventually the paint arrived by return, after I sent the extra details to them. A communication problem only.

I purchased from this company before reading the reviews. After reading the reviews I thought crap so I went and purchased the touch up from another supplier thinking mine would not turn up. But surprise surprise it arrived in the post yesterday. So I thought I would leave a positive response as mine did arrive. I feel sorry for those who have not received there items. But happy with mine.

Avoid like the plague.
No paint arrived, but money taken. No response to emails after the first automated reply saying it would be dealt with in 48 hours.
Would appear to be just thieves.
