The Harrison Spinks mattress in no way resembles the one tested in store. Zero firmness and the springs are creaking and easily felt at the sides. still in the process of turning weekly and have added 18mm plank hardwood underneath hoping for improvement. Don't have the time nor inclination to jump hoops for recompense.Putting it down to bad experience for both the brand and store

The staff at the Carpet Barn & Bed Store are always very friendly and helpful.

Excellent help in the store to sort out what we needed and no upselling of additional things like gripper rods. Just good quality service. The fitter was also really helpful. He offered to change the time he arrived to fit in with things like the school run.

The local store had a problem with one of their national suppliers but Mike, the manager persevered and got us a very satisfactory result. It is this kind of customer service that makes the Salisbury store VERY special, after all, customers expect the product to be satisfactory.

From buying to fitting all within 6 weeks,the store people were very helpful. The person who came to fit the carpet rang us when about an hour away which was great and he was done and dusted with excellent efficiency.

The incorrect address for the deliverz of our order was shown on the delivery notice and was unable to be changed.
Despite having paid in full in advance when placing the order, the order was only partially complete.As the order was for 2 bed, only one could be used could be used (we had visitors!) and we were forced to wait a week for the full order to be completed.
Having paid in advance, there was no opportunity for recompense.
Very dissatisfied with the service offered.
