نصابين،محدش يطلب من الابليكيشن لان معظم البضاعه غير متوفره ونازله على الابليكيشن وتطلبها ويخصموها وبليل يقولولك معلش مش موجوده وياخدوا تمنها وميرجعوهاش!!!!!!حراميه والموقف اتكرر اكتر من مره ويخصموا الفلوس من الكارت ومفيش بضاعه....محدش يشتري اونلاين منهم ابداااااا

they stole my myclub points from the app.
and i'm calling them they keeps apologize and say soon you will get the points back, and nothing since sept 2022.

Worst service and delivery ever
Total money deducted from visa and I didn't receive my order till now and no body solve the case

Very bad delivery experience since yesterday I didn’t deliver my order because of the delivery guy and customer service they don’t do anything except raiding complains and nothing solved not even a phone call

To summarize, look at the other feedback, all is negative and the store doesn't bother to reply or to comment back on any of them which means they are too bad and don't care.

I ordered using the website and paid using debit card and suppose to have my order delivered in 90 minutes but it took more than 12 hours and still. The worst thing is that their hotline is a cold line. They can do nothing but forwarding your complaints and keep repeating the same thing over and over like an answer machine.

If they call you once and you couldn't reply that means you are screwed as they won't call you again and you lost your chance. The customer shall wait the next day for a delivery and needs to wake up to wait for them !!!
After I raised my complaint they said they will contact you sooooon but they never do.

I am reading multiple bad reviews about Carrefour on this website and I am not surprised at all. I don't believe that they are multi national brand. I ordered few things online (Order No.- 27176497862111) on 25th June, 2022 and selected the mode of payment as cash (because based on my past experiences with Carrefour I always feared what will happen if I paid using my credit or debit card upfront and they would not make the delivery, so I usually prefer the cash on delivery option now).
I received the delivery and as there were multiple items, I couldn't verify them all before handing over the cash to the delivery person. I repeatedly asked to the delivery person if there are any unavailable items or the delivery has all the items and he confirmed that the delivery has all the ordered items. I made the full payment to the delivery guy and he left singing happy songs.
When I started checking and verifying the received items and compared with the ordered items, I saw that Zucchini was missing from the delivered items. Wow!
I called to Carrefour customer care team and registered my complain (Complaint No.- 2405760) and they assured that the concerned team would contact me and resolve my problem. Many days passed and when nobody contacted me, I kept on following with them and so far I have called them more than 4 times and every time they told me same thing that the concerned team would contact me, which never happen!!
Carrefour seems to be a big scam! There is no customer service team which can support you after sale. You will feel helpless and very frustrated all the times. I have decided to now check the other market players like Lulu and stop all the business with Carrefour.

بصراحة أسوأ خدمة شفتها فى حياتى من عدم التزام للتأخير الرهيب فى التوصيل و اللامبالاة من خدمة العملاء. الصراحة لازم الشركة تعيد النظر فى السيستم و طاقم العمل بالكامل لأنها شركة كبيرة على مستوى العالم وكدة ممكن تفقد مصداقيتها مع الوقت

I was searching for a new fridge on the internet and I saw a good buy on carfour site so I registered and bought it. Next morning I did receive a phone call to confirm my order and that was the first and last i heard from Carfour i did call the same number and the hot line number several times trying to get in touch with any one but NO success and after i became fully frustrated and upset i went to the closet actual Carfour store near me i went to the customer service desk and I explained everything to them and they still couldn't help me i couldn't believe what is going on this is suppose to be a decent and reliable store but after this horrible experience never again

للأسف بعض عمال الديلفري خصوصا اللي بيجيبو الطلبات من فرع الماظة "مش امناء" و ده طبعا لفظ محترم و مابيجيبوش كل الحاجات كاملة رغم اني محاسبة عليها في الفاتورة عملنا شكوي كذا مرة و انتو نايمين في العسل

It has been 4 day already and my order is not delivered yet. I called call center several times, but I get same answer -it is on the way! I am tired to talk to them because it is useless, they can't even provide me with driver telephone number! They made me stay home continuously waiting and until now I did not receive my order however they charged my credit card! Shame really, poor service and total disrespect to the timing!

I wish I checked carrefour ratings before I made my order.
On top of receiving my order the next day, I still didn't receive all the items. I called customer service to send the missing items or refund the money. They told me that they will send them in the coming 24 hours. Now I am writing this comment after 48 hours from my order and still nothing happened.

Unfortunately, After I made an online paid order, the delivery man called me and asked me to cancel my order, and my money will be redeemed after 14 days

I was hoping i Could submit the review without any stars at all. Service in Carrefour Egypt is not at all hygienic. All staff and managers don’t wear masks . No gloves for food stations .

I used to buy online from them , but even the orders they don’t do right. It is unfortunate to see a hyper market as such has such low quality services .

Just bought 60 bottles of Nestle water ، pod for Nestle water and received a cheaper brand. I requested through the app not to change any of my items . Called customer service , SYSTEM DOWN for over 12 hours.

Suggested to do things manually since they don’t have a system capacity and people need to proceed with their orders so they are not held back they said they can’t .

The worst experience ever!!! Drivers who dont find the address! Rush delivery within 60 minutes actually means 4 hours minimum. The call center are also incompetent and dont help at all. The only thing they do is saying they forward it to the complaint center which apparently is code for throwing it in the trash!
One of the worst experiences!!!! Never again!!!

Very Bad customer service for online the delivery in 90 min need 2 days to receive your order they cancel orders as they like and send other orders without inform you even you asked to cancel it Carrefour Egypt the worst group ever

1. I have ordered #19583942239389 6 July; I have clearly selected DON`T Replaced the selected item. I am not sure how come the have replaced all the items with a different product! Without even inform me over the call or email to take the approval on that. I really wondering especially from EGYPT branches.

2. Another case happened; order number #19384593145907 that was on the last 25 June -after adding and pay the full order receipt after five days approximately without any call – email – SMS – any kind of customer relation ways. By luck I opened to check the order found that – the order has been cancelled and on the refund process! The reason ‘ Items out of stock’ how come you don`t have tomato – apple normal vegetables or the person did not want to do his job properly.

I sending this escalation and I hope I get any response on that. Finally we will never shop online again with your E services Carrefour .

Horrible delivery experience. They send out drivers who don't know how to find addresses, the delivery was late and when i called customer service they told me that they changed the delivery slot without telling me. Bad bad bad customer service. Do not order delivery from here! You're better off with other supermarkets.
