I purchased a set of four toners for an HP laser printer and they were incompatible. The printer kept throwing up error messages.
I contacted Cartridgex and was met with a person named Phin who kept asking the same questions over and over again. Amazon customer services had to intervene.

UPDATE FOLLOWING CARTRIDGEX REPLY:
Your assertion of the events that transpired is totally incorrect. The Amazon A-Z claim was sided in my favour because you told me not to return the item and you kept asking for the same information repeatedly. Amazon reviewed the messages between us and determined that you had not acted in good faith, subsequently issuing a refund to me. Had you co-operated, you would not be having to defend yourselves in this manner.

1st using but won't be the last

I used these cartridges for the 1st time ever and will be using them more often. I normally use refillable cartridges due to the fact I need 9 cartridges. These cartridges are perfect . I noticed better results with colour compared to my self refill ones.
I would say they compare very well to the original ones from epson.

I ordered the 29XL ink cartridge from Cartridgex.co.uk and couldn't be happier! The cartridge works perfectly with my printer - no issues at all. What impressed me even more was the extremely fast delivery. It arrived much quicker than expected. Great quality and excellent service -highly recommended!

Replacement HP laserjet cartridges work perfectly

Ordered a 4 pack of replacement cartridges for a HP laserjet printer, despite the other poor reviews on this site, as they were 1/10 the cost of OEM cartridges. I was very pleased to find that they work perfectly, saving me almost £400.

Bad quality and Terrible customer service

I just realise that I am not along. Bought 6 toners from their website. We open one of them and found out they sent wrong one to us although the box is with correct code. We compare theirs and our old one, they are absolutely different made including the shapes and chip. Tried to contact them with calls, online chat and email. No any reply! Really irresponsible.

Cartridges don't print.They block all contact.

I bought the correct TN-2411 for my Brother laser printer. IT DID NOT PRINT.
I phoned and notified problem and was told a troubleshoot solution, that did not work.
All my further calls were blocked and my emails are unanswered.
Now I have a cartridge that will not print and cannot get a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM CARTRIDGEX.

Cowboy Outfit

I thought I had ordered the correct ink cartridges. Wrong. I returned the cartridges at my own expense and sent recorded delivery. Weeks later I emailed to ask what was going on with my replacement cartridges I requested as replacements on their website. They didn't even know I had returned their cartridges. They asked for the details of my recorded delivery. Days later no response again! Yet another email requesting what was the problem and could they send me the cartridges I had requested, yes they hadn't a clue. After another few weeks and nothing delivered I requested a refund. Almost 2 weeks later yet another email requesting a date my refund would be repaid to me. No communication from them whatsoever suddenly money appears in my bank account. No apologies absolutely nothing. I ended up on Ebay and far cheaper as well and delivered next day. I could never recommend a bunch of cowboys like these to anyone let alone my worst enemy. Avoid this company like the plague.
