118 Ink Avis 72

Didn’t receive the printer refill kit I ordered, tried to resolve it, reached out to them by phone/email/website contact and they are completely unresponsive. They still have my money and I don’t have what I ordered from them. I don’t recommend buying from them.

I ordered an edible printer back in January. No confirmation received, money was taken twice from my account. Several attempts to contact the company. No one answers a phone. Emails sent, got a reply over a week later to this guys seamus was away for a few weeks replied to his email then nothing back. Emailed received 17th Feb showing a refund would be issued but only one amount. No refund as yet. I would think twice before ordering from this company. Terrible service and never received the order.

I ordered a printer cleaning kit. Money was immediately taken but no confirmation email. No reply to emails and phone line straight to answer machine.

Still no communication but the money has now been refunded.

I ordered Printer head cleaner and ink for my Epson xp312 printer on the 28th of January, 118ink took my £40.97 immediately but never emailed a confirmation of the order and they haven't responded to my email messages requesting an update on delivery. After trying to call them on several occasions and only getting connected to an answerphone i believe i have been scammed by this company as i have not received my purchase three weeks after the order .

Its a scam - i ordered a printer, no confirmation or tracking, payment taken. No response via email or phone. Dispute raised with paypal - no reply yet, I will update if I receive a response.

I ordered the blockage blaster for my Epson printer as I was on the point of replacing it. I thought I would at least give it a try and it worked!!. The printer is back to its former good self. Thank you 118ink.com.

I ordered "printhead cleaning fluid" the 28th April 2025.
Paid by PayPal and instantly received a confirmation of my order. But without any estimated delivery date or delay or any tracking possibility. Over more than two weeks, the time to send something from the UK to Belgium, I asked for more clearity bij e-mail. No reaction at all. Today I wrote a complaint to PayPal and they will refund me my money. Advise to you people out here, to be on the safe site use PayPal for your internet shopping.

I've had a canon pixma Ts6350 for a couple of years. Using Katie's ink. I've used lots of black and have an abundance of colour. Not being able to buy black by itself I called up as bought a ink with great reviews as a single black bottle. Now black won't work. So called up and said I'd done research before and obviously the man said we'll it's basically your fault for not using our ink. He proceeded to run the other company down so I asked if I could buy just black. He ignored the question and said their inks are only pennies difference I disagreed and he never recommended any of cleaning products. Then said well is that it and hung up. Appalling ignorance as should of recommended cleaning products that are ment to be so good. I explained that on calling Canon they told me they definitely don't give any endorsement of use for edible printing.!!!!!

I ordered printer refresh, it didn't arrive, I rang several times ...no answer, eventually someone answered and another kit sent out. The ink went in my cartridge no trouble le but it wouldn't prime. I watched the video many x & tried to prime the cartridge several x, without effect so I rang again, no reply, 3rd time lucky...or not so as I was told I wasn't listening to their advice.. in fact I was responding to their answers and questions....I found them very aggressive and rude and money wasted. They told me u could return but by the time I've paid postage and taken it to the post office not worth the bother....so I've ordered some cheap ink cartridges from temu....

worst experience since a long time. Shipping with no tracking. Did not reply to any of my 12 messages. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered the greener version of the printer head cleaning kit. At first I was concerned by the reviews on here as saw these after my order. Also the company did not reply to my emails when asking a question about my order which worried me. And paypal email contact for the seller was not a real email address that worked. It bounced back. But the order did arrive in a few days time but the liquid didn't look the same colour as thr website and no response via their email when spoke about it. It was still the cleaning kit but unsure if it was the greener version one I ordered. So appears like you will get the product when order but if have an enquiry about anything you won't get a response. So no customer service here. If you like to get a product with very good customer service, to people who reply, then I suggest go elsewhere. I haven't tried out the printer head cleaner kit yet, so can't review the product at the moment.
The price of cleaning kit may be a bit expensive for what it is, for the size you get.

DO NOT BUY they have now stolen my money no goods spoke to them twice to ask for refund or replacement refused both had to open paypal dispute which they are now ignoring too DO NOT PART with your money unless you prepared to lose it!

I paid for ink cartridges and a cleaner kit from this company. It took them months to ship the items after they charged my card. When the ink arrived, it did not work in my printer, though I followed their site's recommended products. I contacted them several more times, and they have never responded.

Ordered a refill kit, but then saw some of the reviews on here and became very sceptical as to whether I would receive anything. Well, my kit arrived within a few days, and I’ve just finished refilling my ink cartridge, and it is now happily printing away. So, it’s a 5 star review from me, couldn’t be happier, and would certainly recommend them based on my experience.

Originally I had reviewed this as being a scam as I could not obtain any feedback from the seller via any of the channels available after I had made payment for a product in May 2023.

I did however receive my product after many months, hence improving this review rating.

All in all I did the receive the exact product I ordered after a lengthy wait, without any tracking number.

Got nothing in the post - have contacted support and no reply - not sure how to proceed besides recommend you avoid business with this company unfortunately.

Order never arrived. Looks Like its FAKE company . CLEARLY 118ink and edible ink is not a reputable business, as they do not answer emails or phone calls, and I’ve not received the ink ordered.

Doe een bestelling op 27/01/2023, heb ze ook betaald en tot op heden niets ontvangen. reeds mail gestuurd , geen antwoord. Niet leuk om vertrouwen.
